L'emplacement à proximité de la gare Milano Centrale est parfait, une station de métro est à 150 m pour partir visiter la ville rapidement. La chambre est standard et confortable. Les petites bouteilles d'eau offertes dans le frigo ont été très appréciées. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.

We had a really good room, amazing balcony, the weather was very hot while we were staying there but the room was well air conditioned. The rooms are extremely clean, they change towels and clean every day. The breakfast was really good for my taste, it had many choices, and even one night i was thinking how would i like to eat watermelon and I was looking around Milan, and the next day there was watermelon in the breakfast selections and i was very happy with it. The Repubblica metro station is not more than 5 mins away and it is perfectly connected, two stops from the Duomo station, Centrale FN (Milan Central Station) is the next station if you decide to go from Repubblica. The neighborhood is calm, we were two girls staying and didn't feel unsafe at all. I recommend this hotel very much. The receptionists are very nice and helpful, and the whole hotel feels like home... they have a lot of flowers, they care for the flowers....Great choice if you are staying in Milan.
We liked almost everything
Das Frühstück ist ok. Aber die Qualität könnte etwas besser sein. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und Aufmerksam, allerdings sollte man bei der Sauberkeit des Frühstücksraumes bzw. Geschirr etwas Gründlicher sein.
Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, como también su desayuno junto a la atención de todo el personal.
No me gustó el tamaño de la habitación ni que ofrecieran "cama doble grande" a la de un tamaño standar, dado que mi marido mide 1,90 y por eso su importancia. Consulté y me respondieron que no era un error que todas las camas eran iguales. LLegamos a las 22.30 hs y la habitación estaba calurosa. Al solicitar el aire acondicionado nos indicaron que por la noche no estaba habilitado y que en su lugar abriéramos la ventana. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle, lo que no nos permitió un buen descanso por no ser una calle silenciosa. Por ello la puntuación.
The Hotel was ideal for us as not to far to walk to Central and Garibaldi stations. About 20 mins to walk into the centre. Happy with the size of both the bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean. All the choices at breakfast. It was nice to be offered by a friendly man coffee made specially to what ever choice we wished.
On check-in the man on reception was unfriendly.
No greeting and offered no information on hotel or the area.
The hotel has the MOST COMFORTABLE PILLOWS in the whole world 🙌🏼 I had the best rest and the room was very comfortable for a woman in need to do hair and make up

Everything was exactly as advertised, the room matched the photos, the location was spot on, and check-in was smooth. But honestly what pushes this to a 10 is the staff. Genuinely some of the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered at any hotel. They went out of their way without being asked and made us feel like actual guests rather than just another booking. Highly recommended.
The walls are a bit thin.
