Séjour facile, confortable et cordial.
Pros:

La situation est parfaite pour qui veut circuler dans Milan; elle permet d’accéder facilement à tous les sites vitaux de la capitale lombarde. De surcroît elle permet également de rayonner hors de Milan. Enfin, le personnel est constamment à votre écoute et sait résoudre les petits problèmes ponctuels.

Great location, great staff, great value!
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff! My children got sick (food or travel related illness?) and we needed new towels and sheets. They were very accommodating.

Cons:

Rooms are small and the “double” room is a small queen bed. The double with “twin” beds is more comfortable.

The staffs are very courteous and friendly. The room was nice, although there was a night that the airconditiong malfun

The rooms are good, the location is nice

Cons:

Would be better if they had a small access door at Buenos Aires St, since they have a sign board of the hotel at the street, so you wont have to walk at the back.
