La experiencia no fue la esperada. La habitación no tenía control remoto para el televisor y el aire acondicionado era portátil y hacía demasiado ruido, al punto de que resultaba muy difícil dormir durante la noche. Considero que estos aspectos deberían mejorarse para ofrecer una estancia más cómoda a los huéspedes.

Dirty bed sheets and no apologoes
Pros:

Dirty blankets. The owner and the receptionist on duty blamed the laundry service. They raised their voices without apologizing and without offering a partial refund or even a voucher—nothing. I will never return.

Cons:

Coperte sporche. Il propietario insieme al receptionist di turno hanno dato colpa alla lavanderia. Hanno alzato la voce senza chiedere scusa e senza proporre né un rimborso parziale né quantomeno un voucher, nulla. Non tornerò mai più.

The rooms are not very well soundproofed, so you can hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, as well as tram noise from the street. I would not recommend it for light sleepers.

Personnel tres sympathique ( féminin surtout), propreté, bagage rien, ascenseur, climatisation, quartier....
