Pros:

Ottima posizione per chi si deve recare ad un concerto!!

Cons:

La porta scorrevole della doccia era fuori asse a avevamo chiesto di controllarla per risolvere, ma non lo hanno fatto, questo ha reso molto scomodo fare la doccia, praticamente si è bagnato tutto a terra
