Great location for what we wanted.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious room. Friendly attentive staff. Great location close to Wagner metro. Many eateries within walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing really apart from not liking the hard pillow!!

For the upfloor suite
Pros:

The location and services around the area. A very good breakfast. A useful washstand outside the main bathroom. The view from the terraces.

Cons:

The ar-conditioning was almost not working even after complains. No elevator for the last floor of the building. A improvised 3rd room with a not nice bed no AC and remains of a unfinish work... (see pictures). No water pressure for bath. One night there was no water for a period and we had to notify the reception.

Linda ubicación fuera del centro
Pros:

A media cuadra del subte y con muchos restaurantes cerca. Al lado de un supermercado

Cons:

No limpiaban muy bien, el personal algunos atentos y otros no. Para mí muy importante que haya café y té de cortesía en el cuarto y no había. Hielo había que solicitar en recepción. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien
