Location that was all
No air conditioning especially when room so hot had to leave window open all the time which lead to me getting mosquito bits all over my body. Also air-conditioning unit looked like it had been on fire at some point as the wall and ceiling black above it. The safety deposit box not working either. Reported both to reception man who said would have it fix but never happened. The worst thing is that the hotel room keys can open other doors not just your own so very scary stuff we accidentally went to wrong room and our room key opened another door which was mind blowing and very dangerous for all guests who stay in the hotel as we woke up guests because of it at 1am in the morning who screamed in horror which also scared us so very bad experience this hotel for us.
