La mia seconda volta qui, tutto al top, la camera, la pulizia e la posizione. Ho apprezzato anche la competenza e la gentilezza dello staff, sia alla reception al nostro arrivo che durante la colazione (bravissime e organizzatissime)

Très bon accueil. Hôtel proche du funiculaire pour la ville haute. Donne sur un boulevard mais on entend rien fenêtre fermée.
Chambre vieillotte.
Lavabo simple. Rien pour poser ses affaires. Robinet eau chaude eau froide pas très pratique.
Très très bon petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

Pas de chaînes de télévision françaises.
Parking voiture cher.

Great central location.
Pros:

Elise on reception is a credit to the hotel. She checked us in last year & also was amazing.

Cons:

Our room was very dated. I wasnt expecting this as I stayed last August & that room was great, hence why I rebooked. Other amenities were great.

Snazzy hotel in a chic town
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, excellent beds, comfy pillows, great location. Easy to park. W had a pet who was accommodated well.

Cons:

The room with the pet had a strange smell smell to it. It probably emanated from the pet bed supplied by the hotel.

Mükemmel konum, nazik ve güleryüzlü personel, doğru oda seçmiyle otel tavsiye edilir.
Pros:

Öncelikle otelin konumu harika, tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde, taksi yada toplu taşıma imkanları da çok iyi. Havalimanından ulaşımda hem yakın hemde kolay. Turistik noktalara yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otel çevresinde yeterince market, alışveriş ve yeme içme mekanları var. Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve her konuda destek oluyorlar. Kahvaltısı yeterli, otelin akşam yemeği menüsü de yeterliydi.

Cons:

Bizim konakladıgımız oda 1.katta king suit diye geçiyordu. Ancak oda küçük, basık ve karanlıktı. Pencereler binaların arasında boşluğa bakıyordu. Odanın konumundan memnun kalmadık. Daha uzun süreli konaklamalarda kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gereken bir oda. 4 yıldızlı bir otele göre imkanları kısıtlıydı, odada ikram su bile yok. Rezervasyon yaparken kahvaltı dahil seçmenizi öneririz.

Cons:

Having to deal with messages from staff threatening to cancel bookings if didn’t deal with links re preauthorisation payments. Never had to do this with any other hotel through booking.com other hotels seem to do these checks with no issues
