Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, ma wprost przystanek autobusowy do starego miasta. 5 minut pieszo do stacji kolejowej. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Hotel bardzo przyjazny pieskom.

A very comfortable hotel in beautiful Bergamo
Pros:

Lovely warm welcome and room ready earlier than expected. Well appointed very comfortable room.
Lovely breakfast with lots of choices altho some cooked choices incurred extra charge.
Secure charged parking nearby
Walking distance to the funicular up to the beautiful old city

Cons:

We found it so difficult to find as the entrance is on a broad pavement in a busy area with a bus stop. To use their car park, you have to check into the hotel first, which meant we had to find somewhere to park and walk using Google Walk!

A comfortable and welcoming hotel in an excellent location for exploring Bergamo-
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cappello d'Oro. We were kindly upgraded to a newly renovated room, which was quiet, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the location was perfect, with easy access to both Città Alta and the airport thanks to the bus stop just outside the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Everything worked very well for our short stay.

Definitely worth considering when staying in Bergamo
Pros:

Lovely hotel which is very close to the train station and a short walk to the Funicular. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was very nice.

Breakfast was the best with so much choice. We were, unfortunately only there for one night, whished it was longer.
