Hôtel pas Excelsior.
Pros:

Le hall d’entrée grand et moderne qui ne reflète pas le reste de l’hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La suite 408 que je n’avais pas demandée (au lieu d’une chambre supérieure).
Chambre très vieillotte. Tapisserie dégradée, sale… Baignoire à jet qui n’inspire pas à être utilisée. Balcon pas entretenu. Suite froide pas décorée. Odeurs pas agréables sûrement dues à la moquette qui doit datée… (ancienne chambre fumeur ?).

We have stayed at this Hotel Many times it is excellent we will be back very soon.
Pros:

Location is perfect to explore both the Citta Alta and Citta Bassa. Within walking distance of main city centre with its array of bars and excellent Restaurants

Izba na rohu s 3 oknami bola vynikajúca, plošne veľká s výhľadom na Alta Citta - to bolo vynikajúce. Veľmi dobré, chutné raňajky s bohatým výberom, posteľ pohodlný, centrum mesta aj Alta Citta blízko hotela.

Spacious rooms in a great location in Bergamo.
Pros:

Friendly and service-minded staff. Spacious room. Great location. Nice terass for breakfast. Varied breakfast with a choice to order Cappuccino etc to the table.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit out dated. Could use a refresh. Air-conditioning was working but we could not control from room. A bit warm when sleeping.

Siisti ja tilava vastaremontoitu huone, erinomainen aamiainen ja mukava henkilökunta. Sijainti hyvä kaupungin keskustassa. Hyvät yhteydet bussilla, funikulaarilla tai kävellen vanhaan kaupunkiin.
