Das ideale Hotel für einen Bergamo Besuch.
Pros:

Ein ausserordentlich grosses Zimmer (Stil Junior Suite) mit toller Aussicht Richtung Città Alta.
Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl.
Die ideale Lage des Hotels in Fussweite zur Drahtseilbahn in die Città Alta oder ins Zentrum von Bergamo.

Cons:

Am Abreisetag der "Besuch" einer fetten Kakerlake am frühen Morgen im Badezimmer, die ich zerquetschen musste.
Da die Rezeption beim Check-out nicht nachgefragt hat, wie uns der Ausenthalt im Hotel gefallen hat, habe ich weder das insgesamt Positive noch den Vorfall mit der Kakerlake erwähnt.

We especially loved the atmosphere of Bergamo, the amazing walking paths around San Vigilio and our trip to Lake Iseo. W
Pros:

We had a wonderful city break in Bergamo and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The location is excellent — perfect both for exploring Città Alta and for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing.

Our room on the 7th floor was renovated, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Città Alta. Every day the room was perfectly cleaned while we were away, which we really appreciated.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Breakfasts were very good, with a wide selection and great quality products.

We can truly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again.

Hotel location was good, easy to drive to, the room was very new and clean.
Pros:

Room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. There was a big closet with room to open one suitcase. The bathroom had a great shower. The roof top restaurant was very nice, the staff equally nice and verygood food.!

Cons:

The bathroom had a column blocking part of the entrance, was very small and did not have nice amenities. After the good experience with the roof top restaurant, the breakfast was disappointing. The staff was not friendly or attentive at all and some were just grumpy.

L'emplacement bien situé proche du centre ville et néanmoins assez calme.
La possibilité de réserver une place de parking ... Quoique un peu cher !

Tudo perfeito. Eu super recomendo esse hotel!
Pros:

Eu gostei de tudo no hotel. A localização é sensacional, a equipe é super atenciosa e prestativa. Além disso, os quartos são excelentes, com uma cama de alta qualidade e um chuveiro relaxante. O cafe da manhã é extremamente completo, com bastante opções de pães e frutas.
Eu recomendo o hotel com total certeza de que você não irá se arrepender.
