Proximity to the old town in a comfortable Hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent and the breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean, comfortable and large. The bathroom was modern and also large. The overall cleanliness of the Hotel stood out as well as the service received from all staff.

Cons:

They have a rooftop restaurant, however not usually available for guests because it is booked out for functions. Other eating facilities around the area are mainly fast food, pizza places. There are plenty of restaurants in the old town however have to get up there and back.
A fair walk from the station slightly straight uphill however the return trip did not seem to take as long.

Hotel znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, co jest sporym atutem. Jest bardzo dobre połączenie autobusowe z lotniska czy dworca (dosłownie 2 minuty od przystanku), późniejsze przemieszczanie też jest łatwe, zwłaszcza że dość blisko jest kolejka- Funicolare i łatwo można wjechać na Górne Miasto (Città Alta), lub po prostu przejść się piechotą. Dolne Miasto jest też blisko- w tym słynna Accademia Carrara. Pokoje są czyste, przestronne, klucz- kartę, dostaje się do ręki, można wyjść i wrócić kiedy się chce bez problemu. Miejsce wokół bezpieczne i spokojne. Obsługa hotelu życzliwa, przemiła, bardzo, bardzo pomocna- kompetentne, przygotowane i uśmiechnięte osoby. Pokój klimatyzowany był wygodny, prosto umeblowany, lecz wystarczająco. Łazienka codziennie sprzątana. Panuje cisza i spokój. Śniadanie syte, urozmaicone w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Dla każdego coś się znalazło. Obsługa podczas śniadania wyśmienita, wszyscy życzliwi, dyskretni, pomocni i niezawodni. Bardzo ujęła nas niespodzianka dla mamy, która miała akurat urodziny- w formie ręcznie napisanych życzeń od obsługi i smakołyku. Bardzo doceniamy takie gesty, jest to bardzo wzruszające i miłe. Poza tym, bez problemu można było przechować bagaż w recepcji Idealnie!!! Dziękujemy bardzo za pobyt.

O espaço entre roupeiro e cama era demasiado pequeno, só dá para passar uma pessoa de cada vez.

Com chuveiro de mão foi impossível dar duche, não tinha caudal de água suficiente.

Sabões já estão obsoletos, é muito mais prático em líquido.
