Pros:

Everything was perfect, location to the main street and ferry port was only a few hundred metres,
The breakfast was the best I've had in a long time at any hotel with a wide range of choice,
I would absolutely return and I definitely intend too,
Overall an excellent stay

Great location and we'll book again if we come back to Desenzano
Pros:

The location is excellent and it's less than 5 minutes to the water front area and ferry docks.
The lobby is very stylish and they have bathrooms where we were able to clean up a little before heading out.
Their breakfast has a good selection, including scrambled eggs, sausages, mini pancakes and waffles, fruit, cereals, breads, and juices.
They have a mini-fridge, which came in handy for storing drinks. And they have water available in bottles for 2 Euro, which is competitive with the sellers in town.

Cons:

The elevator is very small and it barely fit the two of us and our luggage, though I think this may be common in European or Italian hotels.
This room actually uses a physical key to unlock the door! However, the key is attached to a plastic card with the room number on it, which isn't good security! If I dropped the key, anyone could pick it up and get into our room.
They don't have full blackout curtains, but the shutters outside can be closed, which makes the room medium-dark in the morning.

Pros:

La ubicación, considerando Desenzano, está muy bien localizado. A unos 15 minutos andando del tren y a 5 del barco.
El hotel es pequeño y familiar. El personal muy amable. El desayuno, sencillo pero muy bien surtido (merece la pena).

Cons:

Las paredes no aislan nada... El descanso nocturno no puede quedar en la azar de la educación de los otros huéspedes. Hubo una noche (de 5) en la que tuvimos unos vecinos que estuvieron más allá de la 1 hablando, gritando y riendo. Y en los pasillos, por favor, podemos cuidar entre todos, un poco el ambiente y el silencio. En las otras habitaciones igual hay personas que intentan dormir.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Desenzano
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location to the town & waterfront. Easy walk down from the train station.
The bed was super comfortable & breakfast was plentiful & delicious.

Cons:

The shower was too small.

Schönes und sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Es sehr schönes Hotel, nur wenige Meter vom Zentrum bzw. zur Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal hat immer dafür gesorgt, dass gleich aufgefüllt wurde.

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Wir haben jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern gehört.

Gutes Hotel , um Deszenzano näher kennenzulernen .
Pros:

Modernes City Hotel nahe der Strandpromenade Descenzano´s . Wir hatten Glück , den großen Markt erleben zu dürfen .

Świetna lokalizacja, tak naprawdę wszędzie było blisko, na dworzec, do centrum, na plażę.
Pokój byl codziennie sprzątany, bardzo miła obsługa hotelu.
