A real enjoyable experience and a relaxing stay
Pros:

The staff was lovely and very professional. the breakfast was great a lot of options for every taste and high quality food. The location was perfect for a lake stay and at a walkable distance from city center. Perfect for a family vacation.

Cons:

The wi fi at the rooms was pretty weak. The only real disapointment was that we did not get connected rooms as requested and confirmed beforehand.

Pros:

alles gut, die Lage, Parkplatz, Frühstück sehr schöne Auswahl, Personal sehr nett. Wegen der Hitze denke ich wurden am Pool gratis Getränke und Obst verteilt, sehr nett!

Cons:

Der Pool war nicht top aber ok! Um sich zu erfrischen ganz gut. Aber, es müsste am Pool jemand sein der das Geschehen überwacht! Leute springen kopfüber in Wasser, laut Beschriftung am Pool verboten! Es müsste eine Duschpflicht geben, Leute gehen ins Wasser ungeduscht, einige mit T-Shirt und sogar einer mit schmutzigen Socken (es waren erwachsene Leute) Schweiss, Fett, Sonnencreme alles im Pool , war leider am Wasser auch zu sehen! Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts, unzivilisierte Gäste gibts ja überall

I loved it! So comfortable yet also very special! I hope to visit again!
Pros:

I loved the location, beautiful views, incredibly kind staff who were so sweet to my daughter

Cons:

I wish the eggs were scrambled a bit harder at breakfast and maybe a few more bread options. But overall fantastic, I really liked the smoked salmon and American style bacon!

Wonderful stay would return again for sure!
Pros:

Excellent location, very well kept facilities. Location with view of lake and short stroll along promenade into Desenzano. Excellent breakfast. Fabulous food and wonderful service. Particularly Sofia at reception and Vincenzo in the restaurant. Wonderful bar service particularly poolside. They helped make our trip very special.
