Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gepflegt, das Frühstücksbuffet absolut top, die Pool sehr schön angelegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel nicht ganz optimal, es ist unmittelbarer Nähe kein direkter Seezugang vorhanden, nach Desenzano braucht man zu Fuß zwischen 45-60 Minuten.

Pros:

Tolle Dachterrasse, die durch die Sauna und die überdachten Liegen auch für Regentage geeignet ist. Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut: Es gibt besondere Antipasti und süße Speisen, die ständig aufgefüllt werden. Man kann schön draußen sitzen.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung war leider nicht sehr freundlich: Wir mussten erst auf uns aufmerksam machen und es gab praktisch keine Erklärungen. Wir mussten dann für alles nochmal nachfragen. Andere Mitarbeiter waren aber freundlicher. Die Lage ist nicht sehr praktisch wenn man kein Auto hat. Die Busse sind unzuverlässig. Dafür hat man aber die Ausstattung, die es mitten in der Stadt nicht für den Preis gibt (Pool, Sauna etc.). Würde ein oder zwei Tische im Außenbereich durch Liegen ersetzen.

Pros:

Leuk hotel, fijne ontvangst. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en snel,alles weer aangevuld. Klein zwembad met goede bediening en lekkere cocktails. Kamer netjes en up To date met heerlijk bed en badkamer.

Cons:

Locatie mooi maar net iets te ver om naar het/een centrum te gaan, om iets te eten.
