Cosy hotel with relaxing garden
Pros:

Very pleasant garden area with heated pool and nice shade from trees, and bigger regular pool at the front. Excellent staff. Convenient location only a few minutes walk from the town and lake, and a 5 min taxi ride to the railway station. Comprehensive and tasty breakfast.

Cons:

While the breakfast is great, the same can unfortunately not be said about luch and dinner, which are more of average quality. The hotel management has a great opportunity for improvement in that area. Luckily there are several pretty good restaurants around town.

Amazing stay! Staff were wonderful, highly recommend!
Pros:

Loved our stay at Piccola Vela! The staff were amazing! We loved the pools and the location was good, walking distance into town and we even were able to hire bikes from them too! I got a massage at the spa which was lovely and the breakfast each morning was delicious! Massive shout out to Adam at the front desk for helping us with our hire car issues upon departure, we really appreciated all the effort he went to.

Cons:

It's not that we didn't like this and nothing went wrong but I would say that it's probably better suited to older kids. We had our 8 and 5 year old daughters with us and the staff were really friendly and lovely to them but most of the guests had no children and the restaurant area was upscale, the vibe of the place seemed more posh which is totally fine, I just felt like my kids would make too much noise for the other guests.

Perfect short trip away.
Pros:

Perfect location and beautifully kept hotel but it’s the staff that take it to the next level. Courteous and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay- we all agree would stay again when visiting Lake Garda
Pros:

The staff here is excellent- so very helpful in every regard- check in, helping book activities and cabs- even offering to drive us to train if we could not book one. The breakfast was just delicious- with eggs cooked to order and a delicious array of fruits, meats, cheeses, and homemade delicious treats.
The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a deck to sit and enjoy the grounds.
The grounds are beautiful with multiple pools and a beautiful rooftop with hot tub. Very much a beautiful garden atmosphere
Great location- easy to walk to Lake Garda and downtown shopping, restaurants etc
The hotel is appointed in a way to really make you feel like you are spoiled and on vacation. We loved it

Cons:

Seems the rooms were not designed by a female or with any regard to females. We were two adult women- had to share one small mirror- no others in room. Lighting was dim, and no space in bathroom to leave or store bathroom supplies. Sorry, instead of 2 toilets, could have used some storage space and a larger mirror at least. Also no shower curtain - so lack of any privacy is a concern in this "family" room- plus water goes everywhere

Cons:

Adult only wäre perfekt ;) manche Kinder waren schon recht wild -> dafür kann das Hotel nix! Und Kinder spielen nunmal :)

Colazione squisita abbondante e di qualità eccelsa,, cura del verde e delle piscine esemplare.

Cons:

C'e solo una presa vicino ai comodini, o si accende la lampada o si rocarica il cellulare. Inoltre se proprio si volesse trovare un difetto la qualità dello shampoo nelle doccie non è elevata quanto il resto dei servizi che sono al top.
