A gorgeous hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

Perfect location in Desenzano. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but we had everything we needed. Clean with air conditioning a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Also shower products to use ( although we didn't use them)
We had a beautiful shared balcony which overlooked the lake. Really quiet at night so a good night sleep is guaranteed! A Simple breakfast but fresh and plenty to choose from. There is a little bar next door that is great for a pre dinner drink!

Pros:

Матрас для меня был слишко мягким, хотелось по плотнее. Заврак был обычным, но в восторг пришла от свежайших апельсинов.

Cons:

На завтрак не хватало сосиски или жаренного бекона.

Absolutely loved our trip to Desenzano
Pros:

The perfect location!! Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the small side but we had everything we needed including a beautiful shared terrace to relax on. The breakfast was simple but fresh everyday. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in beautiful Desenzano, the perfect place to stay on Lake Garda. The bar next door is brilliant too for a coffee during the day or drinks before dinner.

Hotel w cudownej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko,pyszne śniadania

Cons:

Niestety wielkość pokoi 2 os jest mikroskopijna, wiem że w tym miejscu nie przebywa się w pokoju ale nawet toaleta poranna czy wieczorna wymagała przepychania się.

It’s a great, clean place with very welcoming staff

Cons:

but there is one downside: I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel in the summer. The air conditioner won't go below 20 degrees, so it’s stuffy—we couldn't sleep at all at night.

Very clean, great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for the lake/ferry/restaurants etc. It is very clean. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
On a negative note - the aircon only goes down to 23 degrees, in the recent heatwave it was unbearable at night. That together with a smoke alarm that flashed every few seconds all night made sleep extremely difficult. I was also horrified to find that there was no help getting my luggage up to my room on the second floor - I had to struggle up 2 flights of stairs on my own. I don’t know what older/infirm guests would have done. I’ve never experienced this before.

Pros:

Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. Located very close to the ferry terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in a room with the harbour view & balcony. It was a bit small but the bed was comfortable. It was great being able to sit out on the balcony. The breakfast was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Just back from a second visit there in less than a year.
Pros:

There is absolutely nothing to fault about this hotel. The location, the views, the rooms (fridge, safe, balcony) and the staff are all fantastic. I rarely go back to the same place twice and I have never stayed at the same hotel twice. But after 3 nights there in Sept last year, I returned for a week in June. Sitting out by the old harbour having a leisurely delicious breakfast or sitting on the roof terrace overlooking the harbour in the evening were amongst the highlights of my entire week.
The hotel is a short walk, 10 mins or so, downhill from the station. There are an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate area and it’s about a 3 mins leisurely stroll to the ferry.
I’m already planning my return!

Wunderbare Lage in einen sehr freundlichen Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am Hafen und am Marktplatz. Rings herum sind viele kleine suße Eisdielen, Läden und Restaurants. Der Platz vor dem Hotel ist immer sauber und angenehm belebt. Der Blick auf dem See ist super. Wunderbar ist das Frühstück auf der überdachten Terasse. Das Personal ist extrem engagiert und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Einzelbetten könnten breiter sein.
