Pros:

La habitación con balcón con vista al Porto Antico. Cómoda y limpia. Muy bueno el desayuno y la atención del personal encargado del mismo. Muy simpática la chica que se encuentra en la recepción por la tarde.

Cons:

Qué, habiendo llegado 15 minutos antes de la hora del check in, la señora que se encontraba en la recepción nos hiciera esperar la hora exacta para permitirnos entrar a la misma.

Reasonably priced hotel in Desenzano.
Pros:

The location was great! The staff was very helpful and polite. The room (we booked a room with the harbour view and balcony) was a bit small but clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing! We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok (it would have been nice to have scrambled eggs).

Cons:

Gostei tudo exceto horário restrito demais de café da manhã e não ter um bar de apoio para pelo menos um lanche rápido ou café mesmo.
Para acessar o meu quarto tinha uma escada, que o elevador não chegava. Não foi um problema pois era só 1 lance, mas talvez uma pessoa com mais dificuldades precise evitar esse quadro. Precisa estar mais claro na descrição do quarto que tem a escada para acessar.

Perfektes kleines Hotel mit viel italienischen Flair!
Pros:

Das sehr bemühte und freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und ruhig. Außerdem war der Kaffee ☕️ wirklich gut!

Cons:

Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts! Also alles super!

Location location location.
Pros:

This hotel is in a fabulous location. It’s an easy walk from the station & across the road from the ferry terminal. It’s in a very very pretty area of Desenzano. I felt safe & secure here.

I was a solo traveller & my compact room & bathroom was perfect for me. The wifi was strong & worked perfectly.

When I arrived at the hotel I was warmly welcomed by Colina & she went out of her way to welcome me & answer my questions.

The breakfast was a typical Italian continental breakfast but there was plenty of choices & plentiful. The staff in the restaurant were also warm & welcoming.

I wish I had booked a room with a view & if I return to Desenzano again I would stay here & book the canal view room. However there is a communal terrace over looking the picturesque canal & it’s a perfect place to spend time or enjoy a drink. Plus I didn’t spend much time in my room.

I’m so happy to recommend this 3 star hotel that offers a great location at a good price.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike. However the staff are so lovely & I’m sure that they would go out of their way to help solve any problems.

A friendly and welcoming hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was extremely comfortable. My room with a balcony was a bonus, with lovely views over the harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Desenzano and close to the ferry port for trips to other parts of Lake Garda.

Alles bestens!
Pros:

Wir waren mit einer älteren Dame und unserem Hund in diesem Hotel und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt einen Aufzug, kurze Wege und ruhige Zimmer. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem im Umgang mit meiner Begleitung. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, was den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir möchten gerne wieder kommen.

Por su ubicación, volvería.
Pros:

Un hotel con excepcional ubicación, nuestra habitación era mínima, aunque con balcón hacia la pintoresca calle. Las puertas y la caja de seguridad "con llave". El desayuno era muy básico. El personal fue correcto ante cada requerimiento, merece destacarse.

Cons:

El ascensor diminuto, pero no fue un problema.
