A lovely family holiday. Traditional, peaceful, comfortable.
Pros:

Lovely, old school type of hotel. Incredible views of the Lake and a peaceful, restful lovely stay. The staff were very focused on service and their guests. The breakfast was great and the team at breakfast the best.

Cons:

Slightly detached from the action if you haven’t got a car. A little dated in places. Dinner menu somewhat limited.

Good but the room is ugly
Pros:

The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful and sweet. The breakfast manager is just the best and the selection is ok with good quality food. The room was not good. I think anyone who books the basic room should be automatically upgraded if there’s availability because it was dark and dull. The hotel needs some good management for example people to serve the guests with luggage/ a buggy car to get in and out of the hotel … the guest comfort part was missing

Pros:

La vista del hotel es hermosa. El personal amable. La habitación cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. La piscina muy linda y fresca. Buen desayuno. El estacionamiento cómodo para entrar y salir.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy antiguo y algunas partes se ven un poco descuidadas. El gym súper básico, no había ninguna pesa, solo un par de maquinas viejas.
