Hervorragender Ausblick über den See vom Restaurante aus, sehr ruhige Lage. Schöner Pool und gute Restaurantes in der näheren Umgebung.
piscina interna ed esterna ambedue molto belle (non adatte a bambini) pulite con zona relax confortevole, terrazza esterna con vista mozzafiato e giardini curati, parcheggio comodo e colazione ottima specie se fatta all'aperto. In genere decori e arredi molto ricchi anche se danno una sensazione un po' decadente. Receptionist cortese e disponibile.
ci sono molte scale dal parcheggio alla reception e alle camere. La stanza era minuscola, gli arredi datati e trascurati, bagno senza bidet e temperatura doccia difficile da regolare. Probabilmente ci è stata assegnata una stanza residuale ma sicuramente stonava con il resto dell'ambiente.
Molto buona la vista dall'hotel e i servizi del centro benessere
andrebbe aumentato/gestito meglio lo spazio in camera , visti i tanti scalini offerto un servizio per la salita e la discesa dei bagagli dal e per il parcheggio

I can’t comment on other rooms but there was now shower curtain in ours. If their plan was to discourage the use of the shower curtain, it worked.
Be careful when you check out. The person in front of us challenged their bill and was ultimately proven right. The receptionist rechecked our bill and again there was an error, this time it was an undercharge. My point is two people checking out in a row had errors on their bills

There were definitely some positive aspects: the staff were friendly and very accommodating, the hotel grounds are beautiful, and the breakfast was perfectly fine. The pool areas and sauna area were also absolutely okay. The location close to the lake is another big plus, and overall the hotel has a lot of potential.
Unfortunately, the negative aspects clearly outweighed the positive ones during our stay. Our room was very dirty, with spider webs and ants everywhere. It also seemed that the rooms are generally not mopped or properly vacuumed when they are cleaned. The spider webs that were already there when we arrived were still in exactly the same places after an entire week. Even after we brought the issue to the attention of reception, nothing changed.
What was particularly unpleasant was that both of us had numerous bites on our bodies during the night, which made us suspect that there might have been bed bugs. Of course, we cannot say for certain that they were actually bed bugs, but given the general cleanliness of the room, this was extremely unpleasant and concerning.
Our ventilation was also broken, and we were given a free upgrade as a solution, which was actually a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Unfortunately, the insects and the poor cleanliness of the room still left a very negative impression.
It is really a shame because the beautiful grounds, the location near the lake, and the overall concept of the hotel have so much potential. However, the property seems to receive very little maintenance and care. There is clearly a need to invest in basic cleaning, regular upkeep, and renovation.
In our opinion, when compared with hotel standards in other countries, this property would not deserve more than 2 stars, 3 at most. We would only recommend staying here if you have no other options available.
Even considering the relatively low price, the condition and cleanliness of the room were simply unacceptable and, honestly, disgusting.
