Fantastisk hotell og beliggenhet i hjertet av Sirmione. God service far dyktig personale.

Helt fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved vannkanten innenfor borgen.
Utsikt over vakre Gardasjøen, og fergeleiet.
Vi ble møtt av en sprudlende blid og imøtekommende resepsjonist, Chiara.
Hun var veldig behjelpelig med alle spørsmål, og gav oss god informasjon.
All personell på hotellet var hyggelige, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende.
Fantastisk terrasse, hvor vi kunne sitte helt i vannkanten, sammen m småfuglene å spise frokost.
Spiste lunsj der en dag. Beste pizza vi har smakt under oppholdet.
Solterrassen hadde 16 solsenger med parasoller. Det lå badehåndklær der, for gjestene. Veldig bra. Vi kunne trykke på en knapp for å bestille forfriskninger, som kjapt ble levert.
Frokosten ble servert rett innenfor, men vi kunne velge å spise den på ute-terrassen. Frokost var rikelig og god. Hadde det man kunne forvente. Personal serverte kaffe ved bordet. På italiensk måte. Den ble fort kald. Fikk varm melk til.
Alt i alt et Fantastisk sted. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Cons:

Det var ingenting jeg mislikte. Alt var rent og personalet gjorde alt de kunne for at gjestene skulle ha det bra.
Merk deg at hotellet har eldre interiør /stil, og rommene bærer preg av fordums prakt, men plaget ikke oss. Hadde et flott rom med balkong og havsutsikt, et must !!
Det kunne vært fint om rommet var lysere, og fjernet tunge gardiner, og gjort det litt mer oppdatert, men det var funksjonelt.
To store skap til å pakke ut alle klær. Romslig rom og bad med badekåper og tøfler. Sengen var ok, den var av eldre dato.
Aircondition fungerte bra.
Eneste jeg savnet veldig var muligheten til å lage kaffe på rommet. Det var ikke noe slik utstyr der. Måtte ned å mase på personalet for å få kaffe på morgen. De serverte villig, men det hadde vært deilig å slippe å kle på seg, for å gå ned å spørre etter kaffe, og de åpnet heller ikke før 07. Da var personalet i gang med å forberede frokost, og det var ikke ok å måtte be om kaffe, og forstyrre personalet med det. Skulle gjerne hatt det på rommet. Nyte den på balkongen og se på utsikten. Som var fantastisk.
Frokosten var veldig bra. Aldri noe stress eller mas. Bare hygge!

Staff were friendly, both the breakfast and the restaurant for evening meals were also good value for money.

Nestled in the middle of the old town overlooking the lake - we had a great stay here.

Gorgeous place very accommodating staff perfect location for all restaurants and a 20/30 min walk from Jamaica beach. Good food in the restaurant nice room

The location is amazing! Close to all the restaurants and also close to the water with a private deck where you can access the hotel bar/restaurant and swim, super nice!
We had to leave very early and they provided us a breakfast to go, extra points for that.
