Hôtel bien placé, mais très décevant car ne correspond pas du tout aux photos des chambres du site.

Parking public réservé avec l'hotel. Réservation sans problème. Mais forte dépendance aux navettes municipales. Nous n'avons pas été informés lors de notre réservation et de notre enregistrement qu'il fallait réserver la navette pour le retour. Après négociation avec le personnel Madame la Directrice a réussi à nous trouver une navette pour retourner au véhicule et a eu un geste commercial pour compenser l'erreur de l'employée de la réception. Le plus désagréable a été de découvrir une chambre dont la décoration n'avait absolument rien à voir avec les chambres sur le site internet.

Pros:

Location was amazing, breakfast was amazing, room was ok, did not really fit a 4 star hotel, was clean and comfortable but very basic. Small shower and only 1 small mirror in the bathroom

Cons:

The food was great at Flaminia but the service was very hit and miss. The older waiters and waitresses seemed very good but unfortunately they were not always on duty

Great hotel! Fantastic location, wonderful staff, great views and a warm welcome
Pros:

The hotel has a friendly and warm feeling. All staff were amazing from reception staff to bar staff to the staff that served at breakfast. A special shout out to Kiara who was absolutely amazing at front of desk.
Location of hotel is key.bedding was freshened everyday and bathroom was cleaned with fresh towels everyday as well. On the lake and just a few minutes walk to the ferry pier. Highly recommend Flaminia Hotel.

Cons:

Rooms were clean and tidy with basic furniture. The wardrobe in our room could have done with an update. Soft closure doors would reduce noise.
Overall great room ( with mini fridge) and bathroom. View of the lake was so lovely

Some staff were not so friendly or accommodating but this didn’t really impact on how lovely the hotel was and our stay.

Pros:

Utrolig flott beliggenhet helt nede ved vannet. Frokost på terrassen med godt utvalg. Hotellet har solterrasse med håndklær og utedusj tilgjengelig.
Personalet hjelper deg med bagasjen opp til rommet ved ankomst. Fint oppusset rom med kaffemaskin og god aircondition. Badet var ikke adskilt med dør, men toalettet var det. Fungerte utmerket, og dusjsonen hadde god avtrekk.
