The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. The pool was lovely and clean.
A free bottle of water is the room for the night but I am being really hard pressed to find anything wrong.

Beware the rooms are small, especially for trips longer than a few days.
Staff were generally fab, however in the restaurant, I witnessed a lot of new staff being dressed down by senior staff in front of customers which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch.
Spa doesn’t open until 1pm - not ideal. Additionally, the pool bar/snake closes at 6:30pm which is a little early especially during beautiful summer evenings.

Amazing location, nice pool, very nice restaurant, lobby and the bar were great. Enough lounge chairs at the pool.
Service (except the reception) was quite inexperienced and at the pool bar the waiting time was long.
Breakfast was lovely, pool area was great, spa was good, beautiful gardens. Great location away from the hustle of town but so close enough to easily walk. Reception staff were helpful with information and bookings. Would definitely return.

Direi nulla, unica forse pecca che sarebbe stato bello in estate poter bere aperitivo vicino alla piscina ma mi rendo conto che comporta varie complessità.
