Hotelli oli oikein viihtyisä ja hieno. Vanha rakennus, mutta hyvin kunnostettu. Huone oli pieni ja neljälle hengelle melko pieni. Varasimme huoneen neljälle henkilölle ja huoneessa parivuode sekä kerrossänky. Kohteeseen saapuessa kerrottiin että kerrossängyt tarkoitettu vain lapsille, mutta jos haluamme voimme kokeilla niissä nukkua. Epäilivät kestääkö kerrossängyt aikuisia. Majoittuminen onnistui kuitenkin hyvin. Allasosasto oli siisti. Aamupala suhteellisen hyvä.

Leuke accommodatie voor een verblijf bij het Garda meer
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel is dé plus van dit hotel. Steeds werden we goed, vlot en met de glimlach geholpen. Van tips over wat te doen in de omgeving, het opvolgen van een defecte lamp op de kamer, de interactie met ons kind...kortweg fantastisch.
De keuze bij het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Een aanrader is ook de naastgelegen restaurant Circo del Gusto. Zowel qua eten als qua bediening vonden wij dit top en zijn iedere avond van ons verblijf hier blijven eten.

Cons:

Het is duidelijk een gebouw met een zekere geschiedenis dat reeds werd gerenoveerd. Wij hebben geen gebrek aan comfort ervaren, maar hier en daar zijn er wat kleine zaken die opnieuw een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken (bv. behangpapier dat los begint te komen).

Vriendelijk personeel, leuke zwembad en goed ontbijt

Cons:

Kamers zijn niet alleen basic maar is net of we op een zolderkamer terecht kwamen, slechte afwerking doordat het zo oudbollig was kon er ook niet netjes genoeg gekuist worden. Het was superwarm in de kamer en als je de airco opzette blaasde die recht op ons waardoor ik het toch moest afzetten omdat je zo anders ziek werd. Er was geen raam in de badkamer daardoor dat er zo een afzuigventilator was en die maakte een zeer hard geluid dat er precies een tractor naast je stond, en zeker als er s’nacht naar de wc werd gegaan dan werd je daar iedere keer wakker van. Voor wat je hier betaald is het niet de moeite waard.

Sehr gute Erholung am Gardasee
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hatte unserer Meinung nach eine sehr große Auswahl. Der Poolbereich hat uns auch gut gefallen und es gab immer Schatten durch Schirme! Das Restaurant hat auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Super ist auch, dass man direkt Räder ausleihen kann (nur 7€) und damit kommt man sehr schnell in die Altstadt!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein paar wenige Ameisen im Hotelzimmer. Wenn ihr gute Räder wollt, sollte man vor 10 Uhr welche ausleihen, unsere waren schon etwas älter und klapprig (war für die Strecke aber ausreichend). Der Pool hatte auch für uns keine wirkliche Stehhöhe (gerade so), für Kinder ist er also nichts.

Das Personal war super nett und das dazugehörige Restaurant hat eine tolle Speisekarte. Uns hat das Essen dort gut geschmeckt. Ein kleines Spielzimmer, direkt an der Restaurantterasse angrenzend, war top. Die Kellner und Kellnerinnen waren sehr Kinderfreundlich.
Der Hoteleigene Pool war angenehm beheizt, jedoch für Nichtschwimmer nicht geeignet, da er durchgehen tief ist.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend jedoch nicht sehr üppig. Es wurde aber immer direkt nachgefüllt, sobald etwas leer war.
Die Zimmer sind für einen Kurzurlaub völlig in Ordnung, für längere Aufenthalte empfände ich diese dafür etwas zu klein, auch würde mir dafür der Balkon fehlen.

Cons:

Die Bäder und Duschen sind enorm klein.
Die Ränder an der Dusche waren alle etwas unsauber und teilweise war das Plastik vom Boden gelöst, wo sich Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz sammelt.
