Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und besonders das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ameisen im Zimmer! Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Ameisen bekommen. Nachdem wir erst dachten, es sind nur vereinzelt ein paar wenige, wurden es mit der Zeit immer mehr, so dass wir wir das Personal an der Rezeption informiert haben. Was danach passierte war leider eine bodenlose Frechheit. Die Angestellte war nicht im gringsten an der Situation interessiert und erwiderte nur sie habe zuhause auch Ameisen. Absolut inakzeptabel! Wir haben weiterhin darauf bestanden, dass etwas unternommen wird, da wir kein Zimmer mit Insekten gebucht haben. Es wurde dann angeboten Chemikalien zu versprühen und dann sollte das Problem behoben sein. Also die Tatsache allein Insekten im Zimmer zu haben ist schon sehr unangenehm aber sich dann noch mit einer unverschämten und desinteressierten Mitarbeiterin rum zuschlagen ist die Krönung. Ich würde das Hotel absoult nicht weiterempfehlen. Es hat für uns den Aufenthalt in Sirmione negativ beeinflusst. Zudem gab es einige Schimmelstellen im Bad und der gesamte Zustand des Zimmers war eher in die Jahre gekommen.

Purtroppo sono potuta rimanere una sola notte. Albergo molto confortevole con un ottimo staff, bellissima piscina e ottimo cibo. Camera molto ampia con balcone panoramico. Consigliatissimo!! Tornerò

Wir kommen wieder, es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Zusätzlich zum Frühstück gab es mehrere Sorten leckeren Kuchen.
Die warme Küche am Abend hatte mehrere Angebote an Gerichten mit Fleisch, Fisch und vegetarisch. Sie waren leicht, bekömmlich und sehr schmackhaft.
Es gab auch einen direkten Seezugang, der allerdings etwas steinig und schlammig war (naturbedingt)

Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden garantiert wiederkommen!

Die allgemeine Lage ,das leckere Frühstück und der Pool mit Liegewiese

Cons:

Ich sag mal so Jammern auf hohen Niveau und mir ist klar das ich in Ausland bin, aber es war kein einziger TV Sender in Deutsch. Wäre schon schön zumal auch schlechtes Wetter war das man wenigstens ein Sender hat in seiner Landessprache und das habe ich schon in anderen Hotels vor Ort gehabt
