Außenanlage war schön.Frühstück war okay.Personal nett.Zimmer waren sauber.Lage war gut...viele Restaurante in der Nähe und die anderen Strände waren gut zugänglich.

Cons:

Strand mit Kindern durch Steinmauer kaum zugänglich.Restaurant vom Hotel trotz 10% sehr teuer.Kein Babybett verfügbar und die normalen Betten für Kleinkinder unter 2 Jahren viel zu hoch und Matratze an den Boden zu legen war nicht gestattet.Dreibettzimmer sehr klein und Bad sehr verbaut...Dusche war sehr klein!!!

Tolle Lage direkt am Ufer des Gardasees, Service gut, korrekt und freundlich aber ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Sauberes Hotel, Tolle Lage direkt am See, Parkplatz kostenlos vor Ort, tolle Gartenanlage mit Pool.

Cons:

Frühstück doch etwas dürftig. Leider waren wir für 1 Nacht dort als Hitzewelle war und unsere Klimaanalage funktionierte nicht einwandfrei (obendrein werden die Klimaanlagen von der Rezeption aus gesteuert - unangenehm).

Elendig service generelt. Aircondition kunne ikke køle længere ned end 24 gr. og larmede.
Restaurant personale på hotellets restaurant var uforskammet - lang ventetid ved bestilling, ignorering fra personalet, diskussion med tjener om afrydning, ingen smilte, ingen struktur
Bistro ved siden havde super betjening - samme ejer men drevet separat..
