It was a nice quiet location. We liked it being in a small village around Lake Como. It had a ferry slip across the street which was very convenient. They also had parking, which was very useful, as parking was limited all over the area.
Nothing, all was great.
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel location is great, and not to mention the quality of the dinner and service. We haven't been to a hotel with such a good atmosphere and quality in years.
The location is excellent, as the ferry is located across the street. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent. The price represents good value.

Hotel Posta is like being welcomed to a family home. The staff were just lovely and the food delicious!
Fantastic stay at Hotel Posta. Staff was very accommodative and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in room 20 and was very spacious and had a balcony that overlooked Lake Como. Great location as it was steps away from the Moltrasio stop for the Lake Como ferry. Great breakfast and had dinner one night, which was fantastic as well. Would very easily stay here again if back in the area.
The staff were wonderful, it really did feel like being welcomed to a family home. Thank you Teresa and all the others. The food is delicious.
I think the property itself could do with a little renovation in places but it really didn’t matter because the overall feel of the place is just lovely.

Fantastic location - in Moltrasio right across the street from the ferry pickup. Almost directly on the lake. Strong air conditioning. Fantastic family ran hotel that feels like you're almost stepping back in time with modern amenities. Incredible charm. The family who runs this place are sweet, salt of the earth people and local to the Lake Como area. Breakfast and food was fantastic. I will return for sure.
The only downside I can think of is that it's right on the main road, so the motorcycles that go by occasionally can be a bit noisy. But you are also 30 feet from the lakeside, so it more than makes up for it.
