Superb. O experiență unică.
Pros:

Nota 10 cu felicitări la toate capitolele. Pentru mine nu a fost un simplu sejur într-un hotel, ci m-am simțit ca într-o operă de artă. Pe lângă faptul ca am primit un upgrade gratuit la camera pe care o rezervasem, serviciile hotelului sunt de nota 10, de la recepție, menaj, bucatarie(mic dejun), servire, respect. Este într-adevăr o experiență care te transpune în stilul anilor 70–80 și totodată în perioada Imperiului Roman. Recomand cu mare căldură. M-am simțit extraordinar încât am mai prelungit cu încă o zi sejurul. Mulțumesc staff-ului hotelului. Faceți o treabă excelentă.

Si puo sempre migliorare.

Sopratutto la spa, gentilezza dello staff, il cibo

Cons:

Non mi e' stato gradito dover pagare bwn €150,00
Per il post check. Anche perche era dovuto ai trattamenti fatti nella spa.
Diffatti solo per i trattamenti ho speso in due giorni
Ben piu' di €700,00.. non e' stato un bel gesto

Grande!
Pros:

Da un hotel a 5 stelle ci si aspetta una qualità ed un servizio al top. È stato così. Perfetta la struttura dedicata agli aspetti termali. Personale numeroso, cordiale e competente.

A hotel of style and refinement
Pros:

Super staff, well trained and educated, perfectly dressed, always friendly. The interior design is from Bella Epoche, the hotel is also managed as a grand luxury hotel. They pay attention to every detail, clean the room every day, change bed linings every night, a hotel I miss for many years in Europe, where will always be lectured how to be correct.
