Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

Lo staff della reception e delle piscine, gentile ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti; le dimensioni della camera; il giardino e le piscine all’esterno; un’ottima colazione, varia sia di prodotti dolci che salati. Nel complesso struttura piacevole ed accogliente!

Cons:

La doccia del bagno era piccolina, anche se il bagno aveva dimensioni grandi. Invece di tenere la vasca - non so se c’è ancora qualcuno che le utilizzi - sarebbe meglio allargare la doccia. I mobili della camera un po’ troppo datati, ma questo riguarda tutti gli hotel di Abano e Montegrotto.

Pros:

L’albergo in se stesso è stupendo, una struttura storica in posizione eccellente, ampi spazi con arredi classici, alcuni addirittura storici, alternati ad una zona spa molto moderna

Cons:

Innanzitutto nella piscina centrale i getti non funzionano, e, cos’è una piscina con i percorsi idromassaggio se i getti non funzionano? non ho fatto lamentele perché ho sentito che altri ospiti ne avevano già fatte, ma la piscina funzionava sotto il 50%. Ma la nota veramente Deludente è stato il ristorante, il ristorante per la cena, molto personale ma purtroppo poco organizzato e abbastanza in confusione, con metodi vecchi e obsoleti. Purtroppo non bastano cupole in argento per definire un cinque stelle, se la qualità del cibo non è a livello delle cupole in argento, in realtà non si avvicina nemmeno… in un grand hotel in Italia non sono stati in grado di farmi avere dell’aceto di vino rosso per l’insalata… il personale in realtà molto gentile, ma probabilmente mal gestito. Un vero peccato perché la struttura e la storia di questo hotel parlano da sole. Onestamente ero stata avvisata che c’era del decadimento, ma da brava curiosa ho voluto provare. Un’esperienza non negativa in toto, ma nemmeno da 5 stelle. Grazie

Wir werden das Hotel gerne wieder einmal buchen

Außergewöhnlicher Früstücksgarten, Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen!!

Cons:

Man wird im Zuge des Aufenthaltes von zahlreichen, sehr zuvorkommenden Angestellten - oft nur sehr kurz - betreut, sodass die individuelle "Trinkgeldregelung" ungünstig erscheint!?? Eine gemeinsame/zentrale "Box" erschiene besser!?

The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The staff is wonderful, from the moment you enter the hotel to the cleaning service. The massage staff is excellent, as is the mud therapy. The doctor's examination was very thorough. The chef is very good, and the breakfasts are plentiful, especially the wide selection of pastries. The service in the restaurant is very fast.

Cons:

The only drawback is that you can go into the pool without a cap and the staff doesn’t make any comments.

È il nostro albergo preferito, abbiamo soggiornato anche in altri, ma questo è il nostro albergo preferito, l'abbiamo eletto il migliore di Abano per tutto quello che offre, servizi, gentilezza del personale, pulizia, classe, ristorante, piscine e location al Top... stiloso e parco senza equali..... Sono anni che lo frequentiamo e non ce ne distacchiamo mai... Consigliatissimo a quanti cercando il lusso in tutto... È davvero il Top...
