Gym kept uncomfortably hot and humid.
Was told I could not fill my gym water bottle at the water fountain next to the gym by staff. Was told to go to an unstaffed bar instead.
A warmer pool would be nice

Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare perchè avendo sbagliato la prenotazione e avendo scritto per 1 persona (anzichè 2), non mi hanno cambiato la stanza. O meglio mi hanno proposto una stanza per 2 ma senza poter scontare con importo che avevo già pagato prenotando erroneamente per 1. Lo ritengo molto grave, inoltre non si sono dimostrati minimamente empatici nel capire il disagio magari tentando soluzioni alternative come mettere un secondo letto e pagare un sovrapprezzo.

Ci è piaciuta la cucina, il cibo era di qualità e i piatti ricercati. Lo staff di sala era cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

L’isolamento delle camere: rumori eccessivi, incontrollati e inopportuni dalla mattina presto al tardo pomeriggio, da parte delle governanti. La piscina presentava depositi di sabbia/fanghi e l’acqua non era completamente nitida.
