L educazione dello staff, l hotel pulito, ben tenuto, servizi ottimi, colazione abbondante e piscine molto belle

Cons:

L unica pecca è che avevo parlato con una operatrice, e avevo organizzato un massaggio hot stone ( con pietre calde) e confermato per il giorno d'arrivo, purtroppo all accettazione mi è stato riferito che l operatrice non c'era e ho dovuto cambiare il massaggio con pietre calde, con un massaggio rilassante, è stato molto rilassante, però io avrei preferito il massaggio concordato e confermato per telefono il giorno prima.

Eine großzügige Anlage und TOP-Service, , was uns motiviert, wiederzukommen!
Pros:

Die Größe der Zimmer, das Angebot an verschieden temperierten Schwimmbecken sowie deren Lage und Größe sowie Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksangebot war üppig, das Abendessen attraktiv.

Cons:

Die beiden Sessel auf der Zimmerterrasse wiesen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Für unseren Geschmack war die Temperatur im größeren der beiden Schwimmbecken etwas hoch, weshalb wir das höher gelegene, etwas kleinere Becken bevorzugten. Dieses ist wunderbar in die Landschaft integriert und liegt - ein großer Vorzug an heißen Tagen - ab dem Spätnachmittag zunehmend im Schatten.
