El hotel está muy bien ubicado: cerca del centro, cerca de la estación de tren y cerca de la estación de autobuses.
El desayuno es bastante completo y variado. El personal de cafetería es muy amable.
La habitación no era muy grande pero estaba totalmente nueva. La cama es cómoda.
Todo el personal es muy amable y se implican para solucionar cualquier problema que tengas.
Nosotros tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y todo el personal (de recepción, de mantenimiento y de limpieza) se volcaron para solucionar el problema cuanto antes. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos.
En el aseo había plato de ducha y era muy pequeño, apenas te puedes mover cuando te duchas.

The rooms were newly decorated and clean.
The bathroom was a surprise in comparison to the room - like right out of the 1980s. The shower was tiny - did not enjoy that but hope the bathrooms are up for Reno in the near future.

Everything about this property was excellent! The staff (Mille grazie Michele-lemon abbiamo parole sufficienti per ringraziarla). I am Italian and my Husband is American, our stay exceeded all expectations. It was a wonderful start to our travels in Europe in celebration of our 54th anniversary! Mille grazie!
