Wonderful stay in Venice
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Castello. The location is perfect — just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square and very convenient for getting everywhere in Venice. My room on the second floor was charming, very Venetian in style, bright, comfortable, and always spotless. The bathroom was very nice and modern. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. I also loved the area around the hotel: full of small shops and lovely restaurants, lively but not overly touristy. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing negative to mention. Just keep in mind that there are some stairs and no kettle or coffee machine in the room, although the staff kindly provided me with hot water whenever I needed it. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Début d'eau très irrégulier lors d'une même douche
2 personnes sur 3 étaient peu sympatique
Litige en cours suite triple réservation (problème app booking) - le patron n'a pas voulu annuler sans frais deux des trois réservations réalisées bien qu'il restait des disponibilités dans son établissement.
Il s'était engagé à faire un retour à booking qui n'a pas été réalisé malgré leur relance à son égard.

Dysfonctionnement appli booking 3 réservations à l'arrivée pour une confirmation
Même si nous comprenonns que le problème n'incombait pas à l'etablissement, le
patron n'a pas été arrangeant et n'a pas voulu annuler sans charge bien que nous n'ayons bloqué aucune réservation pour lui, une chambre étant toujours disponible pour les mêmes dates au même prix après notre arrivée à 22h

Possible bed bugs. Aesthetically pleasing room.
Pros:

The room looks very nice and classy. The terace is superb. The maids are very kind.

Cons:

When i woke up i had some red marks from bug bites on multiple places on my body. Might be bed bugs. The reception is unprofessional and unwelcoming.
