Worst bed ever

Worst bed I have ever slept on. No storage in the room or bathroom for any of our things. Two very flat pillows.

Pros:

Great hotel for a night or two, fab location! Only 10-15 mins from train station and 15 mins to grand canal. Great value for money and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No air con so had to close shutters and keep window open as too warm to sleep.

We did have a comfortable stay and the cot provided was perfect for our little one. I can’t really knock the property -
Pros:

Location was brilliant. Walk from everything and close to water buses made getting around convenient. Staff were lovely and informative. Straight to the point and made check in smooth. Even granted us a room to our taste. Celebrated my birthday by putting chocolates and a card in the room. Room was given to us on the ground floor making it accessible for us as a family with a pram

Cons:

Our bathroom was ‘clean’ although there was hair in the shower. Of course we just washed this down but was noticeable immediately which could’ve been avoided.

Otherwise spotless.

Bedroom was located right by the waterside which was beautiful if we looked out. For light sleepers probably not so helpful! But we loved it (room 2)

Bed was rock hard, again, just a preference thing. Pillows were thin.
