Lovely staff- Gaia was very helpful and kind. Loved the location and the atmosphere.
Desde nuestra llegada, la atención de Anna, la chica de la recepción, fue inmejorable. Nos ayudó en todo lo necesario y nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones de la zona. Seguimos sus consejos y acertó de pleno en todos ellos.
En cuanto a la habitación presentaba una limpieza perfecta, un detalle que se agradecía muchísimo al llegar a descansar después de pasar todo el día fuera.
Y, por último, el desayuno, que ha sido el mejor de todas las ciudades en las que hemos estado en Italia. Aunque ofrecen una selección más reducida de productos, priorizan totalmente la calidad y el sabor. Todo estaba súper jugoso. Nosotros lo probamos absolutamente todo y no hubo nada que no nos encantara. Además, las cantidades están muy bien.
A título personal, nos tocó la habitación de la planta baja, a pie de calle y dando a la plaza de la entrada del hotel. Aunque no tuvimos ningún percance ni problema de ruido o seguridad, es un detalle que a mí no me resultó del todo cómodo.
Otra cosa, es que pesar de que el hotel tiene el buen detalle de dejar un aparato antimosquitos en la habitación, me acabaron picando en las dos noches que nos alojamos allí.

Lovely location in a quaint Venetian courtyard
The hotel was in a great central location, and the staff were very friendly. They allowed us to check in early on arrival. The room was very clean and the AC was excellent. It felt safe and quiet.
We found the bed very hard. Our room was on the ground level and there were no net curtains, so we were unable to open our curtains as there would have been no privacy. The bathroom didn't have a shelf so we were using the bidet (which was clean) to store our wash things.

Great Location. Room was perfect and had everything we needed - including a canal view! Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and gave lots of tips of where to visit and eat.

The air conditioning worked great and quickly, the single room was perfect for one person (bed, bathroom, mini desk and some storage space) and it's not far from the train station. It was a walk from the Piazza di San Marco but there's lots of great restaurants and stores in the area, the staff helped show me the main path I could take to get to the Piazza, and the signs on the buildings helped. The staff were lovely and kind and kept my luggage for my last morning, I'm very happy with my stay.

We are a retired couple 70+, who enjoy exploring cities, and don't mind walking for miles! Our room was on the second floor with a view of the canal behind the hotel, which was great. The room was a very good size with a very comfortable bed, good air conditioning, excellent shower. Coffee and tea facilities were good.
The staff were excellent. Very friendly and particularly helpful with directions and checking times of buses and ferries.
The location was just what we wanted. In a quiet area but with a lovely wide street 50 yards away with shops and restaurants along it. It was within 15 minutes walk to ferries and and the railway station, and only a little longer to St Marks square. We didn't mind that they didn't provide breakfast as it was close enough to cafes' and an fruit and drinks stall which provided excellent fresh fruit and yogurt with granola, nuts and dried fruit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
