Klimaanlage funktionierte super bei über dreißig Grad draußen. Schöne venezianische Räume. Guter Service. Perfekte Lage. Zimmer war klein, aber lange hält man sich nicht drinnen auf.
Nur ein sehr individueller Punkt: Das Frühstück war uns zu süß (Kuchen, gefüllte Croissants etc.).

Loved the location, very close to the bus and train station. Only two smaller bridges to get over from the bus station. A big bridge for the train station.
It was a lovely quiet area. I also did my Gondola nearby and it was beautiful.

The location was very handy to the train station and a very kind porter took our luggage to the hotel for us which made it so much less of a hassle maneuvering all the stairs. The room was delightful and very "Venician" with just a short walk to many excellent restaurants and shops along the way. We were only there for 1 night as a stop over for our next destination but we made the absolute most of it. Although we didn't get to St Marks Square (we've been there before) we got to experience the more "local" and out of the way alleys and canals which made it even more special.
There was no view from our room but that was my booking choice so wasn't really an issue as we were only there for 1 night and get to step out to see everything we wanted.
The hotel has a great location - it's right near the train and bus stations so its very accessible. At the same time, it is off the main tourist throughways, so its nice and quiet, without having a ton of busy tourist traffic outside.
We also arrived during a hot period, and the hotel's AC was excellent - a very comfortable room and stay.
The hotel's breakfast offering was very basic - I felt it didn't match the rest of our experience.
This was a very minor point however. Our overall stay was excellent.
Staff was absolutely amazing!

Esperienza positiva, l'albergo è molto bello in stile veneziano, vicinissimo alla stazione e a tutti i mezzi di trasporto, stanza piccola ma bella e accogliente, pulitissima con un letto molto comodo, staff gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Colazione con prodotti freschi e per tutti i gusti. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

Great location near transportation links. Concierge was excellent and gave us lots of must sees and great restaurants to try. Large comfortable room. Good breakfast with several options.
Like every Venice property - expensive.
