Como é um hotel 4 estrelas e o valor é de um hotel 4 estrelas, acredito que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pois é bem simples.

Frühstücksraum ist zu klein und Frühstücksbuffet
wird nur von einer einzigen sehr freundlichen Dame - jedoch für alle Tätigkeiten alleine überforderte - bewirtschaftet.

Frukosten

Frühstück italienisch...könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Frühstücksraum zu eng.

Sacamos las habitaciones sin desayuno, así que lo pagamos aparte. Salió 15 euros por persona y fue bastante pobre en variedad. No había casi nada salado, la ensalada de fruta era de lata y el jugo de supermercado. No había lugar para sentarse, el día anterior nos dijeron que no había falta reservar y que vayamos tranquilos y casi que no había lugar para sentarse. Esto es algo definitivamente a mejorar.

A couple of issues with general housekeeping, one room had a plug that wouldn't release. Other room had a broken light fitting that was wrapped with tape, but not fixed while we were there.
Breakfast was very disappointing ... Fruit was canned, heaps of pastries no toast or basic breakfast food. Only one watered down juice (pineapple).

The concierge through the day was not overly friendly or helpful.

The room was quite small and the views were bad. Our windows were facing a brick wall, an alley way of sorts and another room's window adjacent to our left. We could hear every sound around our room, walls and outside the door. There was a phone provided but no directory of numbers. One of the bedside sockets wasn't working. One towel we were given was dirty and had sticky substances on it so I had to ask for a new one. The shower is very slippery and the floor slopes down to the drain and there are no handles to hold onto. I slipped and almost fell but I had nothing to grab onto. The bidet didn't work so it made sitting on the sloped toilet uncomfortable. Also the AC was not on (we were told it wasn't the season to turn it on yet) but our room was very hot at night and uncomfortable to sleep. We had to open the windows which barely helped. There were also mosquitoes. Overall it wasn't the best experience. The bed was a small double (I think) and was uncomfortable to sleep 2 people; we just about fit onto the bed. For the price we paid, it could have been a lot better, cleaner and more stuff provided.

Das junge Mädchen am Frühstücksbuffet war heillos überfordert, wir sind um 09:00 Uhr (Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr) zum Frühstück gegangen und es war großteils nichts mehr da, weder etwas zu essen noch Teller oder Gläser. Es wurde zwar auf meine Frage hin, langsam wieder alles nachgefüllt, hat aber eben gedauert😏
