Great location
Pros:

Fantastic location, staff very nice and carried our bags up four flights of stairs when we checked in. Room was prettily decorated.

Cons:

No elevator, room small and bathroom very damp. Mouldy smell in building.

La chambre et les sanitaires étaient d'une propreté irréprochable 🧼✨, ce qui est pour nous un critère essentiel. Et que dire de l'emplacement 📍 : à deux pas du pont du Rialto 🌉, en plein cœur de Venise, difficile de trouver mieux pour rayonner dans la ville à pied. 🚶‍♂️

The staff were welcoming and helpful, location was amazing.
Pros:

The location was perfect … right near the Rialto Bridge but one street back out of the busy area.

All you need for a short stay in centre of Venice
Pros:

Fantastic location, pleasant staff, beautiful decor in bedroom.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, plenty of variety to cater for most tastes, however the restaurant itself could have been cleaner. The toilet in particular, was not pleasant. However this would not stop me returning or from recommending this place to others.
