Pros:

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything! The staff were great and gave us restaurant recommendations which were wow! The room surprisingly was bigger than expected. Overall pretty statisfied.
***Make sure to pack a small bag as there is no elevator to take luggage up. My wife and I packed a small bag for 1 night.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, rett ved rialto broen men i rolig bakgate. Fine rom og fantastisk personale. En fin gjeng som gjerne hjelper med bagasjen da hotellet ikke har heis. Skal tilbake hit.

Tungvint uten heis om du bor i 4.etesje.

L'emplacement. Seul point fort de l'hôtel

Cons:

L'hôtel est très défraîchi. Il mériterait une rénovation complète. Les tentures sont décoratives et ne peuvent être fermées. Le plafond de la douche s'effritait et celle-ci est particulièrement exiguë. Les prises se détachent des murs. L'entretien superficiel de la chambre est réalisé mais il y a longtemps que le ménage n'a pas été fait dans le détail. Le petit dejeuner est quasiment inexistant.

It's VENICE. Relax and enjoy. Add time to every outing for water taxi rides, waits, busy seasons.
Pros:

Just minutes from the famous Venice Rialto Bridge and water taxi stands, the Hotel al Graspo de Ua boutique hotel is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are large enough and provide all the necessities. The staff is very helpful, and will even assist getting your luggage up the stairs as needed. (No Elevator) Breakfast in the morning is extensive and a great start to a busy day. A SUPER value given the location and proximity to the major attractions, the water taxis, and all the Venice has to offer. The "water bus" ride from the city's train station is just 20 minutes or so and very inexpensive - arrive faster if you hire a private water taxi and don't mind paying the high rate. The airport is a bit further. We recommend this hotel and definitely the location. It's a gem for a 2 or 3-star hotel in Venice.

1.) Fehlendes Restaurant

2.) Zimmer sehr klein und kalt

3.) Badezimmer zu klein, keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Kosmetika, fehlende Regale. Nur Kopfbrause, keine Handbrause in der Dusche.

4.) WC zu knapp bei der Dusche, kein Platz zum Sitzen. Mussten schräg auf dem WC sitzen.

5.) WC Spülung war kaputt, das Wasser ist trotz Aufforderung 3 Tage lang geronnen.

6.) Frühstück, hatten wir schon besseres in Italien gegessen.

Pros:

La chambre est propre

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé près du Rialto effectivement mais dans une tout petite ruelle ou on ne peut passer qu'a une personne, on se demande vraiment ou on arrivé et si c'est pas une plaisanterie.
Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos.
Je ne pense pas que la chambre devait correspondre à ce que j'avais acheté mais difficile de communiquer.
La partie salle de bain est tout petite avec les WC inclus, la douche et si petite en ouverture de coin qu'on avait du mal a y rentrer et se laver correctement.
Tous les jours je devais redemander la bouteille d'eau pas mise avec le ménage et j'ai même du redemander du papier toilette
Le petit déjeuner pas terrible, la salle du petit déjeuné pas terrible non plus, on n'a pas envie de s'éterniser.
J'ai payé 210€ la nuit en mai , ça ne le vaut pas du tout.
