Amazing location in the heart of Venice and launching point for exploring the city.
Pros:

Amazing location close to multiple vaparetto stops and the Rialto Bridge. This made for a great launching off spot for our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bedding and furniture was a little worn. Access, check in, and check out were very easy.

Cons:

Housekeeping changed towels only once during the stay. Bedding and furniture was a little worn, but clean.

Historic Venice handy to Vaporetto!
Pros:

It’s Venice! Breakfast room overlooks the canal! Historic building with terrazzo floors that slope and very easy location- near sights but not overwhelmed by them. There is a lift though it’s tiny! Lots of walking! The staff was kind to me!

Cons:

Note that there is no 24 hour desk so the virtual might not work. My plane was rerouted and arrival delayed until after midnight and it took another 30 minutes to get in when I was finally able to awaken the on site staff. The breakfast was minimal.

Мне не с чем сравнить, в Венеции были первый раз, но мне кажется цена завышена для такого номера. А так всё прекрасно. О

Место расположение, отзывчивый персонал, удобная кровать, чистота, доступ к воде, кофе, чай и закусочки круглосуточно.

Cons:

Вид из окна на крышу, слышимость когда соседи или персонал заходит или выходит рядом с нашими дверми. Завтрак вкусный, но не удобства, что надо выбрать предыдущий день позиции, которые хочешь на завтрак.

Schlechteste Aufenthalt seit ich nach Venedig fahre.

Das einzige, was wirklich schön war, war die Aussicht vom Frühstückszimmer.

Cons:

Als Stammgast in Venedig war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis extrem schlecht. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke, was vielleicht von Vorteil war.
Das Zimmer war klein und mit direktem Blick auf das gegü. liegende Dach und Gitter vor dem Fenster. Man hatte irgendwie eine Alcatras Atmosphäre. Bei 3 gebuchten Übernachtungen hätte ich mir schon ein besseres Zimmer erwartet.
In der Dusche machte sich Schimmel breit, die Lampe beim Spiegel hing aus der Fassung heraus und die Armatur war mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel sollte anders aussehen.
Fürs Frühstück musste man am 1. Tag auswählen was man haben möchte und das wurde dann jeden Tag zum Frühstück serviert. Es war ok, aber wir kennen andere Hotels in Venedig die ein sehr gutes Buffet anbieten …. leider war zu dieser Zeit kein Zimmer mehr frei.
Dieses Hotel ist mit dem zugeteilten Zimmer sein Geld nicht wert. Einmal und nie wieder.

Perfect location of the hotel in a historic building
Pros:

We’ve stayed at this hotel for the third time, and it continues to be our favorite choice for accommodation near the city center and close to the canal. Everything is within easy walking distance, which makes the location absolutely perfect.
The hotel itself is a beautifully preserved historic palace full of charm and atmosphere, and we were once again truly impressed by its unique character. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We would happily return again and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

We first stayed here in 2017, when breakfast was served as an excellent buffet with a wide selection and much higher quality. Unfortunately, already last year we were quite surprised by how much the breakfast experience had declined and felt rather outdated.
For Italy, the quality of the food served was disappointingly poor. The ham, cheese, butter, jams, and pastries all seemed to be the cheapest possible options, and the coffee was truly disappointing. The staff were clearly trying their best, and we honestly felt sorry for them, as the issue did not seem to be their fault.
After a quick breakfast at the hotel, we would definitely recommend enjoying proper coffee and fresh pastries at the wonderful local cafés and bistros nearby instead.

Va migliorato il servizio colazione. Il personale è gentilissimo e c'è abbastanza scelta, però i tavoli sono pochi e il servizio lento nonostante la cura della signora che la serve. Forse va cambiata l' impostazione.
