This was a short break stay and the hotel was suitable for our needs.
Pros:

Very good location for where I needed to be, 15 minute walk from the ferry. Few minutes walk to 2 x road side Cafes, serving food and drink all day. Small bakery across the road (in a side street).
But the room was good, Double deluxe, which has a small table and 2 dining chairs, a large shower (no bath). Small fridge. Breakfast was really good, hot and cold options.
Was a good short stay option for us (4 nights)! This is an old traditional style hotel, there is no pool, but is close to the beach. There are nice gardens to the front with covered areas to sit and eat.

Cons:

Would have been great to have tea/coffee in the room.
We went early July. The sound generated by the Cicadas mating calls in the trees was very loud, but okay when you close the windows!
One of my friends was in a double room (I did not see inside) but she felt it was too small (no table/chairs). So request a larger room if required.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommenden Personal und schönen Räumlichkeiten. Alles sehr sauber. Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte leise und zuverlässig. Im Dreierzimmer schläft eine Person auf einem zum Bett umgebauten Sofa, das aber sehr bequem ist (auch für Erwachsene).
Der große Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Stand. Wir waren am Lido 4 Fontane und er ist wirklich nur wenige Minuten entfernt, so dass man bei Bedarf schnell kurz ins Hotelzimmer gehen kann oder am Abend nochmal zum Strandspaziergang.

Cons:

Das Frühstückbüffet ist sehr gut, aber mit 18 Euro doch recht teuer.

Bellissima vacanza
Pros:

Zame, zelo ugodna lokacija. Blizu glavne postaje za vaporetto, blizu mojih izbranih cerkva za molitev in sveto mašo. Odlično izhodišče za moje kolesarjenje.
Kdor bi se hotel kopati ima samo preko ulice kopališče 4 fontane.
Odlična hrana, prijazno osebje in zame tudi odlična sobica na vrhu hotela, ki omogoča perfektno zasebnost in prelep pogled.
Hvala še enkrat za prečudovit dopust!
Naj Bog blagoslavlja take lastnike in osebje, ki tako čudovito vodijo hotel. Iskrena hvala!

Pros:

Super ontvangst. Heel sfeervolle plek. Fijne tuin. Ligging op een hele rustige locatie. Goede verbinding met het centrum van Venetië. Maar 40 meter lopen en je bent op het strand. Een uitgebreid ontbijt. Wat wil je nog meer?
