Charming comfortable, boutique hotel a 5 minute walk from centre.staff and hospitality excellent - magical experience

Hotel bom, facil acesso para a Arena
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa, rua plana até a Arena sempre com patinete na frente. Café da manhã gostoso e completo.

Cons:

Não fiquem em quartos no terreo. Existe uma área aberta na parte externa bem na frente das janelas dos quartos, ou seja, tira toda a privacidade e nos abriga a ficar com a cortina fechada o tempo todo.

Very pleasant and convenient hotel
Pros:

A very elegant hotel, convenient for all of the attractions in Venice. A warm welcome, with a very comfortable, quiet hotel, on the edge of the centre., clean and, in the recent temperatures, with an excellent air con. Very pleasant staff.

Great location, but disappointing overall.
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent. It is only about a 10-minute walk to the Arena, and all the other main attractions are within easy walking distance as well.
The beds are comfortable, the shower has good water pressure, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
No one greeted us or offered to help with our luggage. We had to carry all our heavy suitcases up the stairs ourselves and then all the way to our room without any assistance.
The bathroom amenities were very limited. There were no shower caps or cotton swabs, which we would expect in a hotel of this category.
Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and every morning we had to fill out a form before being seated. The breakfast itself was disappointing. Fresh omelets or fried eggs cost an extra €10. So what exactly are you paying for? Powdered scrambled eggs?
The coffee from the machine was very poor, which was especially surprising in Italy, where you expect excellent coffee. On top of that, the breakfast room was freezing cold. Coming in from the summer heat felt like walking into a refrigerator, making breakfast very uncomfortable.
Overall, the excellent location cannot make up for the poor service and disappointing breakfast experience. We expected much more from this hotel.

Vratiti ćemo se i iduće godine.
Pros:

Lokacija je izvanredna, osoblje na recepciji odlično, perfektno govore više od nekoliko stranih jezika. Lobby bar odličan, ponuda pića i omjer cijene iznenađujući, barmeni top! Kompletna čistoća hotela je na vrlo visokom nivo, doručak odličan.

Great hotel exceptional staff
Pros:

Starts with a warm welcome then help without asking and a lovely room. 800m from the Arena so very central. Parking nearby.

Cons:

Breakfast was just okay and didn’t live up to the rest of the hotel. But the staff were very good regardless.
