Loved Verona, probably look for hotel nearer to Juliet’s balcony

Verona lived up to our expectations but very disappointed with the hotel which soured our anniversary weekend

Cons:

No porter offered for luggage on entry or exit. Generally poor service all round with only a couple of notable staff who were pleasant. Room was very basic with limited facilities and more like a basic Travelodge experience rather than a premier experience. A basic hotel at a very inflated room rate. Would not recommend as better hotels, priced more competitively in the location.

Great location, near city center
Loved the idea of having a QR code to scan at breakfast for a mini quiz! We won a 10% discount as well as a treat from the bar since we got the correct (clever way to allow people to pay attention to the hotel’s charming details)
Cute, cozy, comfy and anything you need is available!
Something we were very impressed about was how fast the staff acted whenever we needed help with absolutely ANYTHING
Would definitely come back here
