Pros:

Perfect location to see Verona. The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly, they suggested some restaurants for us to visit and it was one of the highlights of our stay. I'd recommend staying here when visiting Verona!

Cons:

Only suggestions - some fresh orange juice and sliced fruit for breakfast would be nice. Also some water in the room would be a nice touch

Enjoyable, quick visit to see Verona.
Pros:

The location was excellent! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

The room was very tiny for the price. Everything was clean and functional but no where to hang towels or countertops.

Great hotel , would choose again if returning to Verona
Pros:

Excellent location only a few steps away from the verona arena/ Piazza bra with lots of restaurants and within 15-20 minutes walk of all key sites in verona. But also down a side street so minimal disturbance and noise even when a show is on at the arena. Only 20 minutes simple walk from the Verona main bus/train station with luggage which wasn’t bad.
Room was clean and of good standard, not massive but a good size. Good coffee machine in room as well as tea bags and kettle. Mini fridge containing waters etc was helpful when we realised we forgot to buy any water elsewhere at night. Bed was comfy and decent size.
Small bar for drinks if you wanted.
Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a city map and overview upon arrival. We were also able to rent an umbrella from the hotel just requiring a deposit.
Able to store bags after checking out was helpful.
Lovely hotel, would recommend particularly for couples wanting a relaxed stay to explore Verona.

Cons:

Some of the breakfast items - pastries and cakes could have been a little fresher.
Bedding was mainly a sheet not a thicker duvet - although I’m sure a thicker duvet could be requested we just didn’t.

Fun and great location!
Pros:

Great location, staff was very helpful. Easy to get to, lots of good shops, food and gelato close by. We loved our one night stay and wish it could have been more.

Cons:

We had a standard room which was quite small but adequate. Very small shower.
