Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine angenehme Gesamtgröße. So geht es lebendig zu, aber ohne den Eindruck entstehen zu lassen, dass es zu voll ist. Wir empfanden das Personal als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - das Housekeeping ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist im Partnerhotel nebenan. Das ist nicht rundum komfortabel, aber auch kein großes Problem.

El staff súper agradable. Buena ubicación. Desayuno buffet variado.
La piscina no la probamos pero tenía buena pinta.

Cons:

La cama y las almohadas horribles. Apenas pudimos descansar. El cuarto muy pequeño para la relación calidad precio.

Lokacija hotela je dobra in omogoča brezplačno parkiranje. Zajtrk je bil raznovrsten in obilen. Lokacija hotela je odmaknjena od glavne ceste ter je v bližini jezera. Omogoča sprehode ob plaži in skozi mesto. Hotel ima tudi svoj zunanji bazen, ki pa je majhen za vse goste.

Cons:

najeli smo dve enaki sobi, vendar sem dobil manjšo od prikazane na Bookingu in vnaprej plačane. Po pritožbi na recepciji sem naslednji dan dobil večjo sobo, ki je bila primernejša za 5 dnevno bivanje. V ceni sobe je tudi parkirno mesto, ki ga pa ni bilo na razpolago za vse goste. Ker smo bili z motorji, smo lahko parkirali ob steni hotela. Glede na plačano se mi to ni zdelo v redu, cena bivanja pa je tudi visoka glede na vse ponujeno. Hotel je bil prenovljen, vendar prenova ne pritiče hotelu s 4 zvezdicami. Prav tako hotel ponuje SPA in notranji bazen (v ceni), vendar se nahaja v drugem partnerskem hotelu nekaj 100 metrov vstran. Te usluge nismo koristili.
