Localização excelente e equipe muito cordial
Pros:

Ótimo localização. Equipe muito prestativa e gentil. Café da manhã muito bom

Cons:

Estacionamento pago e um pouco longe. Em outros hotéis de Riva o estacionamento é mais próximo e não é pago. Quarto um pouco pequena para o valor pago

Beautiful hotel in prime location and amazing staff! Cristina, Sara and the gentleman in the front desk were amazing!

Everything was perfect! The location is beautiful, the property has an amazing breakfast buffet, the staff is extremely courteous; from the front desk to the breakfast staff and the bar.

Pros:

We liked a lot the pool, the generous breakfast, the position quite near the promenada till the city center. Not to mention the personell, who was very friendly and supporting with all our needs. Very good choice, we definitely recommend it!

Cons:

The room was slightly too small, but overall it was quite comfy.

Jeśli pobyt w Riva del Garda to tylko w Lake Front Hotel Mirage!
Pros:

Generalnie wszystko mi się podobało: sama organizacja hotelu, urządzenie i funkcjonalność całego obiektu zasługuje na uznanie, wspaniały personel na recepcji, obsługa restauracji przy śniadaniu, ekipa sprzątająca, profesjonalny barman Adriano, gustowne urządzenie całego hotelu itd.

Cons:

Jest chyba tylko jedna drobna rzecz, którą można by pominąć ale mimo wszystko uznałem że to podkreślę bo jednak mocno odstawała od całej reszty: totalny brak uśmiechu i surowa twarz jednej z Pań w restauracji (myślę że kierownictwo hotelu wie o kogo chodzi). To aż raziło na tle całej reszty pozytywów.
