Pros:

Absolut freundliches Personal, alle sehr nett und aufmerksam. Zum Geburtstag haben wir eine kleine Überraschung bekommen!
Ich war schon das 4. mal da und werde auch wieder kommen

Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und bietet genug Platz für alle Gäste. Die zubuchbaren Massagen sind herausragend und wirklich ihr Geld wert. Das Fruhstücksbuffet ist gut, hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten alles hören, was sich vor unserem Zimmer abgespielt hat, was sehr unangenehm war, weil wir direkt vor den Aufzügen waren. Auch aus den anderen Zimmern hat man regelmäßig den Fernseher, Schritte und sonstige Geräusche wahrgenommen. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich also auf jeden Fall Ohropax oder ähnliches mitnehmen.

Value for money would recommend but needs improvement
Pros:

Great location right on the lake, very clean and tidy and great value for money, staff very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast needs more than one coffee machine had to queue! Breakfast could do with improvement. The rooms also are quite dark and air con didn’t really feel like it was working. Would be nice to provide water in the room as well as an iron or steamer, did ask and they didn’t have one.
