Handtuchwechsel etwas zögerlich, Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück leider immer wieder defekt (dafür gabs aber die gute Siebträgervariante als Ersatz an der Bar zum selberholen)

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Emplacement dans le centre ville, proche du lac. Tres propre, piscine, super petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Chambres un peu vieillotte, surtout les rideaux et la salle bain. Notre chambre etait au bout du bâtiment principal, à côté d'une gaine d'évacuation d'air qui faisait du bruit en continu

Wir waren mit kleinen Hund im hinteren Appartement im Parterre mit kleiner eigenen Wiese untergebracht. Für unser perfekt! Platz für Hund und mit Blick auf die Berge bei Riva 👍

Im Appartement war eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage umd ein großer moderner Fernseher. Frühstück von 7 - 10 uhr war sehr gut und umfangreich. Leider war die Kaffee Maschine oft ausser Betrieb.

Wir werden wieder dort buchen.

Alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Motorräder standen in der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage

Cons:

Leider sind die Appartement sehr hellhörig, wenn zb ein Nachbar seine Tür aufsperrt oder lauter redet, hört man das sehr deutlich.

Preislich ist das alles nicht sehr günstig (Hund zb 15€ pro Nacht).

Toilette hat keinen gur funktionierenden Lüfter. Man muss also nach der Toilette immer gut durchlüften👎

The staff was very atencious and super sympathetic! Good breakfast. Nice location! 5min walking to the lake... Confortable bed.

Cons:

Room was cozy but we can feel de age and a litle small. Toilet shower was hard to close.

Super lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania, miły, pomocny i uśmiechnięty personel.
Wielkość pokoju i łazienki wystarczająca, czystość i wyposażenie na dobrym poziomie. Basen jest miłym dodatkiem. Z chęcią wróciłabym tam raz jeszcze.

Minden rendben volt. Kényelmes szoba. A reggeli remek volt. A medence és környezete nagyon hangulatos. A bár szuper. A recepciós hölgy nagyon rendes volt, segített minket útbaigazítani a legközelebbi orvosi rendelőbe. Taxihoz is adott elérhetőséget.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba kicsit retro volt a lefestett járólapokkal, amikről már jött fel a festék. A fürdőszobai villanykapcsoló csak néha működött, és az elszívó is. Valami érintkezési hiba lehet, érdemes lenne javítani.
