A lovely hotel and great staff in picturesque Bolzano.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and has a wonderful staff. From Shaby who was a shining star and so gracious to us after a hot, long travel day, to Samuel and Giulia who gave us excellent hiking recommendations, the hotel was just what we'd hoped. Plus the breakfast buffet had a terrific selection of foods.

Cons:

Initially we had some problems with the parking garage and our ticket, but a garage attendant came to our assistance.

Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Fantastic location right on the old city square. Close to tons of restaurants and shops. Easy access to train, buses, and cable cars. Great breakfast in the morning. Room was standard European hotel with two twin beds. Air conditioning worked great. Staff were friendly and helped us with restaurant reservations and hiking recommendations.

Cons:

We had no issues at all.
