Cons:

Bestilte opholdet den 11 juli kl. ca. 2200 i bilen og fandt ud af at datoen var forkert. Meget træt efter en lang køretur. Skulle kun overnatte denne aften og vidre næste dag. Ringede med det samme til dem men de ville ikke forstå problemet. Så de har trukket det fulde beløb for den 18 juli. Der var vi i Danmark igen. Meget meget dårlig service.

wir wollten Sonne geniessen Baden einfach die Seele baumeln lassen, das war dort nicht gut möglich

Zimmer war ok

Cons:

es hatte keine Sonnenstore am Balkon, und die Sonne drückte sehr Innenpool erst ab 17 Uhr zu benutzen Wasser sehr kalt, keine Gästekarte vorhanden, Personal an der Reception nicht freundlich. Laut Bilder vom Hotel habe ich mir das viel besser vorgestellt, war ausserhalb Bozen direkt beim Flughafen etwas abgelegen, schade. Frühstück eher dürftig, nur 1 Kaffemaschine, und Buffet war auch dürftig.

ho soggiornato una notte con temperature sopra i 30 gradi e l'impianto di aria condizionata non funzionava. nonostante le richieste alla reception il guasto non è stato risolto, non mi hanno riprotetto in una camera con impianto funzionante, non c'è stato uno sconto sulla tariffa per il disagio. Per essere pubblicizzato come 4 stelle l'esperienza è stata veramente pessima

The manager, who also worked as the bartender and occasionally as a receptionist, was the most positive aspect of the hotel. He was polite, approachable, helpful, and pleasantly laid-back. Parking in the courtyard was convenient, and there was always a space available. However, visiting the city center requires either a car or public transportation.

Cons:

This is not really a business hotel. There was no minibar or refrigerator in the room, even though space had been provided for them. Three guests were given only one room key because the internet system was not working properly. The Wi‑Fi signal on the second floor was weak. The breakfast was not up to the standard one would expect from a four-star business hotel.
