Leider wurde uns bei Früher Anreise ein Kostenloses Rest Frühstück mit je ein Brötchen und 1 kaffe angeboten über was wir uns als 5 Köpfige Gruppe nach einer nachtanreise sehr gefreut haben. Leider wurde uns am nächsten Tag mitgeteilt das wir das Frühstück voll bezahlen müssen und man war gar nicht gewillt auf ein Kompromiss einzugehen. Managerin war nicht erreichbar für uns. Es geht nicht um das Geld was wir dann gezahlt haben, sondern die Art und Weise. Wir kamen mit verschiedenen Gruppen seit 3 Jahren min. 2 mal im Jahr für 2-3 Tagen.
Leider werden wir uns um eine andere Unterkunft umschauen da keiner von den Mitarbeitern sich verantwortlich fühlt

BEWARE of this hotel. The hotel would not accommodate my request to be placed in a third room after my first two rooms were unsatisfactory and then refused to refund my card.
The first room I checked into smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it's labeled a non-smoking hotel. The decks off the rooms are close together and it appeared the next door neighbor was a chain smoker. I tried to air out the room for an hour after arriving, but it was no use. The receptionist offered to get housekeeping to use a machine the next day to get rid of the smell but said that I'd have to deal with it until then.
They then moved me to another room, but the second room had visible black mold growing on the wall. I took a picture of it and showed the receptionists. At this point they didn't offer me another option. I then asked for a refund for my trip (four nights) and said I'd stay elsewhere if they can't put me in a clean room, but they were unwilling to refund my stay. I got booking.com involved and—after repeated requests from myself, agents at booking.com, and the local company I was doing business with—they were still unwilling to give me a refund even though the rooms they offered me didn't match the hotel description or its supposed four-star rating. Even if the rooms had been clean the cost to stay here doesn't match with this dated hotel.
The three-star hotel next door is more affordable, has nicer recently updated rooms and bathrooms, and the staff is much friendlier—book there as it's also on booking.com.
