Pros:

Posizione in centro, lo staf molto gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Sì potrebbe migliorare la pulizia. Camera spoglia e con letto cigolante. Ok che Bolzano è una città cara ma Forse non vince il rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Wir haben 4 Nächste im Hotel Post Gries verbracht und waren zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super Frühstücksbuffet.

Decepcionante para el precio que pagamos.

No funcionaba el wifi en la habitación
Ruido externo persistente durante toda la noche,probablemente de alguna instalación del hotel

Disappointing as we like dolomites

One coffee machine - a long wait
Drink cup in dinning - too small
Orange juice - taste like cordial
One lift - wasn’t working one day
No electric kettle not even spare cup
Staff - very occupied with their computers
Towels - need the replacement
Pillows - too flat & only one provided
Light in the bathroom too dim
Hair dryer - nozzle kept coming off
Location - bus time table not accurate & 15 min walk from the train station

Simply satisfying
Pros:

I liked everything, the service offered by the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, well maintained compact structure of rooms, location (though away from the station, it is connected well by the bus route), quet calm and beautiful surrounding. I was a great experience overall!

Cons:

Actually nothing to mention! Absolutely nothing! I liked everything here!

Pros:

Posizione buona, vicina al centro di Bolzano. Staff gentile e disponibile, pulizia delle camere buona. Buono il parcheggio a pagamento coperto a 50mt dall’hotel.

Cons:

Camera al quarto piano sottotetto, che implica camera calda. Inoltre l’ascensore arriva solo fino al terzo piano, l’ultimo si deve fare a piedi.

Overall it felt very dated and absolutely was not worth the price. The rooms are stuffy with no view and in a weird corn

Close enough to be walking distance from the city

Cons:

Way too overpriced- no view and the room was hard to get to. No refrigerator in the room. Dirty blankets with bugs on them in the closet. Staff were not very friendly. Key function is very inconvenient.

nicht das Neueste Hotel, aber alles sauber und sehr freundlich - gute Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht mehr modern, aber sehr sauber und haben alles, was man braucht. Der Zimmerservice war sehr gut.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück bot alles, was wir wollten.
Es war sehr praktisch, dass wir mit dem Bus eine gute Anbindung hatten. Die Buskarten waren im Preis inbegriffen.
Das Parken im Parkhaus für 10 EUR pro Nacht war o.k. woanders haben wir schon mehr bezahlt.
