Pros:

Das Zimmer hat nur ein kleines fenster und ist somit recht dunkel.

Schwimmbad und Welnessbereich sind zwar im Zimmerpreis enthalten aber im sommer nicht wirklich nutzbar wenn man eigentlich wandern möchte. Öffnungszeiten sind von 9 bis 19 uhr bzw. 16 bis 19 uhr also genau die zeit in der man ausflüge machen würde vor dem Frühstück oder nach dem Abendessen ist bereits geschlossen. Für den preis hatte ich mehr erwartet.
Auch das wlan ist sehr instabil.
Zimmer sind zwar saiber aber sowohl wönde als auch boden weisen ordentliche gebrauchsspuren auf.

Frühstück hat eine gute auswahl auch an regionalen und frischen Produkten. Für mich war es allerdings sehr unangenehm das ich als allein reisende hinter dem sichtschutz abseits von allen anderen gästen sitzdn musste. Am 2. Tag als mejr gäste da waren war es besser
Man hat sich nicht  willkommen gefühlt auch wenn die kellner sehr freundlich waren und kaffee angeboten haben etc.

Mein Zimmer war auf der 4. Etage. Bis wasser zum händewaschen oder duschen warm wurde hat seeehr lange gedauert und heiß wurde es eigentlich nie. Im sommer händelbar aber selbst da nicht befriedigend für muskel entspannung bzw aufwärmen am abend und erneut für den Zimmerpreis nicht akzeptabel.

Insgesamt also: nettes personal gutes frühstück und ein ort zum schlafen. Den preis aber aus meiner Sicht nicht Wert.

Ottima posizione. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Dopo le passeggiate è molto apprezzata la piscina e la spa connessa. Colazione per tutti i gusti. Camere pulite e spaziose. Dispobibilità di parcheggio privato.

Cons:

Hotel un po' datato. La nostra camera affacciava sui tetti.

Thank you for a pleasent stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast were very tasty. Great location, everything's close by.
On my birthday, I felt really special. There was a birthday card and a little present waiting for me at breakfast. A very lovely gesture that brings a smile to my face.

Cons:

Week end di relax,con piccoli inconvenienti..

Posizione ottima, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale , la colazione anche se fatta a bar per via della cagnolina .

Cons:

Lo staff non sapeva che avevamo una cagnolina , ci hanno fatto pagare un extra di 15€ giorno Senza motivo e Senza nessuna servizio dedicato alla cagnolina . La scarsa disponibilità di asciugamani in stanza e soprattutto per la piscina , dove tra l'altro mi hanno chiesto un affitto di 15€ a persona ; Follia ! C'erano poi alcune anomalie strutturali e tecniche in stanza , anche se molto grande ,ma lo scalino pericoloso per andare in bagno non era il massimo .poi la vicinanza del treno a finestra aperta è una bella scocciatura.

Schöne Unterkunft um die Dolomiten zu besichtigen!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in Toblach rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Besonders schön fanden wir den freundlichen Empfang – auch unser Hund wurde herzlich aufgenommen, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt.

Ein weiterer Vorteil war der nahegelegene kostenlose Parkplatz, wodurch An- und Abreise sowie Ausflüge völlig unkompliziert waren.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal für unsere Unternehmungen: Sowohl Ausflüge zum Pragser See als auch Touren in die Dolomiten konnten wir problemlos und entspannt starten.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
