Schönste und beste me time in Meran
Pros:

Ein charmante Villa die gekonnt und mit viel Gespür altes und renoviertes Verbindet. Der alte Holzlift, das Telefon am Zimmer, das Fischgradparkett… toll!
Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Cons:

Massage war mittel, ich bin da aber auch verwöhnt.

Schönes Hotel mit liebem Personal und wunderbarem Frühstück, aber auch Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Wer ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude hat, kann sich glücklich schätzen. Die Zimmer sind größer und insbesondere das Badezimmer ist modern. Die Dusche angenehm gross. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist einmalig. Der Service beim Frühstück wunderbar. Angenehm, dass das Auto vor dem Hotel parkiert werden konnte, und großzügig, dass 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser spendiert wurden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind eigentlich eine Frechheit. Sie kosten gleich viel wie im Hauptgebäude, sind aber klein, extrem ringhörig, man hört echt, wie der Nachbar pinkelt, das Badezimmer ist winzig und in der kleinen Dusche kann man sich kaum drehen.
Außerdem ist mir absolut nicht klar, weshalb ich für meinen Hund täglich 25 Euro zahlen muss, da nicht einmal Leckerli für ihn im Zimmer waren. Und die Begründung wegen den Haaren zählt wohl kaum. Das Zimmer muss eh gesaugt werden. Ausserdem war er weder im Frühstücksraum (was in Ordnung ist) noch im Garten erlaubt.
Störend war, dass gewisse Gäste sich einen Frühstückstisch am Fenster reservieren lassen konnten und dass gewisse Gäste bei der Abreise eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit bekommen und andere nicht.

Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat durch das Alter und die gute Instandhaltung ( alter Lift ), ein besonderes Flair.
Es liegt auch sehr Zentral und man hat gute Verkehrsanbindungen.

Cons:

Im Poolbereich fehlten Kabinen um sich umzuziehen.

Pros:

Tutto veramente eccezionale, come nel mondo di "Sissi". La struttura sembra uscita dal mondo ovattato di una Favola che non ha tempo, ci si sente subito a proprio agio e partecipii di questa favola. Grazie alla disponibilita' e la gentilezza del personale ci si sente come a casa. Grazie di cuore per tutto.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub in einem sehr gepflegten, schönen Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit, die in in den Zimmern und allen für Gäste zugänglichen Räume vorhanden war.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, sowie die Qualität der Speisen.
