Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, wirkt sehr edel im Bereich Empfang & Lounge. Zum Frühstück wird Kaffee und Eiergerichte frisch nach Wunsch serviert. Zimmer liegen sehr ruhig und mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet, Personal sehr nett, viele Informationen erhalten, Empfang mit Canape und Sekt. Große Brötchen/Brotauswahl!!!

Cons:

Mir war beim Buchen nicht bewusst, dass sich auf dem Gelände ein 4*- und 3*-Hotel befinden (Unterschied bei Unterbringung Nebengebäude = 3*-Hotel). Das Frühstück war gut, aber jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot (Käse, Wurst, Gemüse, Obst, Räucherlachs, Eiergerichte, Joghurt, Sekt. Minibar hat nicht richtig gekühlt. Etwas teuer für Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück außerhalb der Ferien 730,- € für 5 Nächte!!!

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Ausstattung des Hotels sehr gut. Insbesondere der Pool ist bei den hohen Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm und die Liegewiese unter Bäumen großartig. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal Meran zu erkunden.

Cons:

Es hätte nicht besser sein können.
