Pros:

Bellissimo struttura in pieno centro.
Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile sia alla reception che nella (bellissima) sala colazione
Offerta colazione con gran varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati di ottima qualità
Comodi i posti auto a disposizione dell’ hotel in garage nell’immediata vicinanza.

Cons:

Purtroppo i lavori in corso nella antistante piazza del teatro rendono piuttosto difficoltoso raggiungerla con l’ auto , problema che ovviamente non è da attribuirsi all’hotel il cui personale si è prodigato per ovviare all’ inconveniente.

Sehr sehr Freundlich, der nette Mitarbeiter hat mir geholfen die Garage zu finden wegen einer Baustelle in der City, schöne zimmer gutes Frühstück, abends Livemusik. War ein schöner Aufenthalt 👍

Top 4* Hotel, from the welcome to the staff's smiles, expectations 🎯

Cons:

The only downside is checking out without the WELLNESS bag labeled "Hotel 4* Splendid in Merano"; you can only rent it. Next time I'm your Guest, I'd love to receive it and take it home 🥳
