Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location, with a lovely relaxation area and swimming pool. We truly enjoyed our stay as a family and felt completely at home.

The cleanliness was outstanding, the staff were very kind, and the hosts were even more welcoming. I am always happy to stay in hotels like this, where it feels as though every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. Details are very important to me, and this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Un bel pomeriggio al fresco della piscina in centro città a portata di ogni luogo d’interesse
Pros:

Piscina bellissima, accoglienza buona, pulizia valida, colazione ricca e buona con prodotti locali.

Cons:

Il terzo letto è un divano letto con un materasso alto 3 cm che finisce sotto la struttura di metallo pesante sul quale tutte e tre abbiamo sbattuto o ci siamo pizzicate sedendoci. Peccato anche per la dimensione stanza, per tre non adatta.

Super super nettes Personal, richtig schöner Aufenthalt in Meran, würde dort sofort wieder hin.
Pros:

Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Pool Bereich gefiel mir auch richtig gut. Hab nichts auszusetzen

Cons:

Höchstens dass in den Standard Doppelzimmern die einrichtung nicht zum Badezimmer passt, das badezimmer ich höchst modern eingerichtet und das zimmer bisschen altmodisch. Trotzdem hat man in dem Zimmer alles was man braucht und es war sehr ordentlich. Die Dusche ist sehr schön, allerdings ein wenig zu offen sodass das wasser nicht 100 % in der dusche bleiben kann sondern rauslöuft.

Pros:

Et generelt virkelig fint og hyggeligt hotel tæt på byen. Det bedste ved det hele var dog personalet. Den unge mand der havde ansvaret om eftermiddagen og aftenen var helt eminent og virkelig serviceminded. Vi havde de bedste dage i Merano og kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Bardzo polecam jako super baza do zwiedzania Merano i okolicy.

Hotel super położony, krótki spacer uroczym deptakiem i jesteś w centrum Merano.
Czysty, ładnie i gustownie urządzony.
Bardzo pomocny Personel.
Garaż lub miejsca parkingowe przed hotelem.
Wjazd do garażu może być trudny ale obsługa hotelu może zaparkować za Ciebie.

Może być głośno, jeżeli trafisz na pokój od strony ruchliwej ulicy ale nie jest to bardzo uciążliwe

The room i booked was described as a suit but was actually just a normal room. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but the room was a bit dated and expensive for what i would consider a basic room.

Een topper, komt bij onze vaste hotel selectie.
Pros:

Zeer mooi hotel, alles in top conditie, netjes en schoon, fijne parkeergarage onder het hotel, super vriendelijke en attente staf, fijn ontbijt, centraal gelegen. Het hotel is familie gevoerd, dat merk je, alles voor de gast.

Cons:

Het ligt aan een drukke straat, dus je merkt dat je in de stad bent.
Door dubbel glas en rolluiken en airco geen last van op de kamer.
