A great location hotel with friendly helpful staff and a beautiful view.
Pros:

A good location for the centre of town with beautiful views across the outdoor pool with picturesque mountains in the background. And close to the amazing thermal spa complex, that is definitely worth a visit. With the Merano free pass, you can use all public transport for free and it’s worth getting the bus to the Merano 2000, where you can take gondolas and chair lifts up to the top of the mountain in the summer months. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel an zentraler Lage, mit guter Ausstattung und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit freundlichem Personal.
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen (Nähe Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Therme;) hat Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto (innen und aussen) und einen eigenen Pool.
Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Badezimmer recht neu renoviert.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ware sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; sogar das Auto konnte man vom Personal parkieren lassen, da die Platzverhältnisse etwas eng sind.

Ich könnte nichts negatives sagen.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse immer und gerne wieder

Das Hotel liegt in absolut zentraler Lage, bietet Möglichkeiten, das Kfz zu parken. Das Personal ist absolut hervorragend und super freundlich von mir absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Cons:

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße bekommen, was bei geöffneten Fenster laut war. In Wirklichkeit ist es nicht schlimm, da das Zimmer über eine Air Condition verfügt und damit das Fenster eigentlich nicht geöffnet werden müsste.

Die Lage ist TOP, nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum. Direkt an der Uferpromenade gelegen.
Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr aufmerksam und wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt.

Loved our stay, Merano is spectacular & the hotel was great.
