This hotel is a family run jewel with all you can wish for during your stay!
Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Schönes neues Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und mit etwas zu kleinem Balkon. Wunderschöne Spa-Landschaft mit Pool innen und außen und sehr schöner, ruhiger Liegewiese.
Im Badezimmer war der Zugang zur Dusche etwas eng, der Balkon war etwas zu klein. Der Fernseher steht etwas störend mitten im Raum und erschwert den Zugang zum kleinen Schreibtisch. Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl könnte größer sein. Das Abendessen war gut, aber in Relation zum Gebotenen zu teuer!
It is such a beautiful place! It is located on top of the hill overlooking the town of Ortisei. The breakfast was great and the staff were amazing and very friendly. We were able to book a massage as an add on one of the days after a long hike, which was perfect.
There was no air conditioning or fans in the rooms. We tried opening the door a bit at night but then flies would come in. I used my small personal fan and it worked well to help keep cool at night.
It was also a walk up a steep hill every time coming back from a long day. It was very doable but I was always out of breath by the time I got to the hotel.

Incredible hotel, the ambient make you feel so relaxed, amazing breakfast, staff is nice and room are clean and cozy and the pool is amazing. There is a nice 10min walk to the town, with the snow is magical. One of the best hotel I've been 10/10

Fantastic location and super friendly staff. Very accommodating for pets, very dog friendly hotel. Views of the Dolomites from hotel are incredible! Less than 10 minute walk to the village and gondola.

We had the most wonderful stay at Alpenheim. The hotel is just beautiful! From the lobby area, bar, pool, dining area, outdoor spaces, our room - I wish we had a few more days! Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to cable cars and the town center.
