Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Sabbiatoro zum Zentrum und Strand

Cons:

Minni Einzelzimmer, abgewohnt und ohne jegliche Lärmdämmung zu den Nachbarzimmern. Farbe blättert von den Wänden, eine Stolperstufe mitten im Zimmer, Toilette fast nicht nutzbar da der Vorhang des Fensters über dem WC hängt, Poolwasser eher ölig und viel schwimmendes Laub usw. Wir reden von einem (ehemaligen?) 4 Sterne Haus....

Auch im September noch eine Reise wert
Pros:

Essen war wie immer sehr gut, viel Auswahl sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch beim Abendessen.

Cons:

Zimmer war straßenseitig und dadurch sehr laut(Müllabfuhr, Altglasentsorgung mitten in der Nacht)
Der Pool war leider nicht zu nutzen, da die Filteranlage kaputt war

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Essen, grossteils freundliches

Cons:

Das war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu wenig. Oberflächlich sauber aber genauer durfte man nicht hinschauen, wenn man eine Stauballergie hat könnte man ein Problem bekommen. Verbindungstür zum Bad musste man immer kräftig aufstossen weil die Tür so klemmte. Kastentür ähnlich klemmte ebenfalls. Die Türrahmen müssten alle mal erneuert werden, teilweise grosse Spalten vorhanden. Die Fahrräder die es zum Ausleihen gab müssten mal repariert werden, teilweise defekte Bremsen und Lager.
Pool gesperrt, keine Erklärung warum.
Fazit:
Wir fahren schon Jahre nach Italien, da ist man einiges gewohnt. Mir ist immer wieder schleierhaft wie manche Hotels zu ihren Sternen kommen. Einzige Erklärung für mich die Sterne werden nach der Errichtung vergeben und dann wird nie mehr wieder kontrolliert ob das Hotel noch den Staus hat.

The room was beautiful and well maintained with a nice bathroom and balcony. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The reception staff were rather cold and unfriendly. Unfortunately, we were also unable to use swimming pool because it was dirty. The area around the pool waas poorly maintained, with rubbish, leaves and cigarette butts scattered around. This was quite disappointing, as we expected the pool area to be clean and pleasant.
