расположение, сам отель, персонал, завтрак, все было отлично. единственно нет утюга и городской налог высокий

Nous avions réserver cette chambre en dernière minute, nous avons payé presque 300 euros la nuit, un peu cher mai Rome était particulièrement chargé le week-end du 30 mai. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard et le concierge du soir s'est montré très sympathique et nous a proposé plusieurs options de chambres. Nous avons pris une chambre au premier étage cependant celle-ci s'est accompagnée de fourmis, rien de grave, un morceau de sucre était laissé sur le coin de la chambre. Le concierge nous a tout de suite trouvé une solution. Il y a une très belle terrasse pour le PDJ, une charmante personne nous a bien accueilli et nous a préparé un bon cappuccino, le buffet était convenable.

Loved the decor of the hotel beds were very comfy plenty of hot water room was serviced daily and staff are very friendly and helpful 😀

A great respite after a long day of walking and seeing the sights in Rome.
Pros:

The entire vibe was amazing. Old heritage mixed with modern amenities. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We loved our balcony room!

Le quartier, calme et arboré, bien desservi par le métro, et abondamment pourvu en commerces et restaurants.
Le charme de l'hôtel, une grosse maison du XIXème siècle, meublée à l'ancienne, et tenue parfaitement propre.
L'amabilité et l'efficacité du personnel.

Cons:

L'immense baignoire dans la salle de bains, au rebord difficile à enjamber et au fond instable; une grande douche serait plus pratique.
Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse du cinquième étage, accessible seulement par ascenseur, et trop petite pour accueillir tous les clients ensemble, alors que l'hôtel n'a qu'une vingtaine de chambres. Les rooftops sont à la mode, mais une salle à manger située au rez-de-chaussée, et accessible par l'escalier serait plus adaptée au style de l'hôtel.
La surabondance et la qualité médiocre des produits présentés au petit petit-déjeuner.
