Pros:

I liked the closeness to the Palazzo dello Sport where I had my MBA Graduation. Additionally, staff was not hesitant about helping me with a document that I needed to pbring with me. Breakfast was perfect both times. If I come back to Rome, I am coming to this hotel.

mi hanno upgradato la camera a suite che era eccezionale

Cons:

la colazione : ambedue i giorni che ho soggiornato mancavano le tazze del caffe perchè dicevano le cameriere erano a lavare: consiglio di fare un "investimento" e comprare altre 200 tazze !

Wonderful overall
Pros:

Cleanliness, accommodations were very generous , staff was exceptional

Cons:

It was a little far from central Rome. I would have paid a little more if they provided shuttle service to possibly the colosseum ( as an example)
