Pros:

I requested an early check-in since we had an event, and they were so kind and able to accommodate my request straight away…so thank you to Lorenzo, the guy I spoke with!
Plus, the room had complete bathroom essentials: body lotion, shampoo, elastic bands, and more!!
Breakfast had a great variety of food, and you can even ask the barista for a fresh cappuccino instead of getting one from the usual machine.
The location was perfect for us we just wanted to hop on the metro and be in the total chaos of the city within a few minutes, and that’s exactly what we got!

Cons:

There was just some dirt on the restroom sliding door I think it was dried glue.
