No refund for missed night, asked for additional $ tip on stay.
Pros:

Room was nice with comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Location was alright.

Cons:

I was unable to make the first night of my reservation due to airport strikes in Rome. I informed booking.com and best western, they then changed the dates of the reservation but maintained the same total price prior to the change and told me no refund was possible for the missed night. They also would not specify a per night cost of the stay. At the end of my stay they asked for a 3% tip to top it off.

Can't go wrong with Best Western
Pros:

Stayed with my family for one night. Booked this hotel immediately after my other stay dumped me. The room was ready 20 minutes after booking, so I’m happy about the prompt accommodation on short notice.
The breakfast was outstanding, and the room was clean and quiet.

كل شي جميل وقريب

الغلاية مكسورة وطلبت استبدالها وتم استبدالها بواحده غير نظيفة وتم استبدالها للمره الثالثة ولكني لم استخدمها... مناديل الحمام لا يتم اضافتها عند كل تنظيف وكذلك لم يتم وضع قهوة في اليوم التالي !! وما اغضبني تم اخذ ما فوق ٧ يورو عن كل ليلة ويقول ضريبة المدينة بالاضافة انهم اخذو ٢١ يورو بقشيش للموظفين علما انني لم اطلب خدمات من الموظفين.

Roma da 1 gece konakladık. Best Western otellerini seven biri olarak seçim yaptım. Otel roma terminide çok güzel bir yerde. Kaldığımız oda içten merdivenli asma katlı bir odaydı. Ambiyansı çok güzeldi. Ayrıca her detay düşünülmüş. Bornozlar, terlikler, tüm hijyen ürünleri, diş fırçası, diş macunu, Kahve ve Çay ürünleri... her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı da her kesime hitap eden güzel çeşitleri olan bir kahvaltıydı. Omletleri çok güzeldi. Ayrıca bagaj muhafaza hizmetleri de çok iyi ve güvenli. Fiyat olarak çevrede ki otellere göre biraz yüksek olabilir ama bu kalite için değer bence. kafanız rahat olur.

Olumsuz bir durumla karşılaşmadım.

The hotel is located near the train station, and the breakfast is outstanding!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was the best part of my 5-night stay, and Monica greeted me each morning! The egg station was a dream come true! Monica knew each morning how I wanted my cappuccino. The water machine on each floor was quite convenient for filling my water bottle. The front desk staff was professional and I'm sure helpful if asked.

Cons:

The size of my room was tough to handle for 5 nights. I was tripping over luggage and personal items.
