Good but pricy

Not the best best western Ive been at.
The stuff was tired, we bought fruit bowl 8€ for half an apple, few strewberries and a small cube of pineapple. Somehow this is how it feels there, paying a lot, but not getting the service you expect of this brand.

I will sure be back
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel with my family and we had 2 rooms next to each other which was super nice. The hotel was super clean. Staff was super nice. It is 5 minutes walk from the train station which we used the morning after staying at the hotel. Each room had sleepers, robes and anything I could need to have a great stay. The AC at the hotel was amazing considering the fact that it was super hot.

Great stay if you need to be close to Roma Termini. Familiarly American.
Pros:

The room was spacious for our threesome. I booked this hotel for one night specifically because it was near Termini and because it had a refrigerator. The air conditioner was very efficient and adjustable. The rooftop bar on the 8th floor was a surprise and very pleasant.

Cons:

The shower head couldn't be positioned in a way that centered over the user. You had to hand-hold it or constantly adjust it on the stand. The refrigerator didn't get very cold and there didn't seem to be a way to adjust it. Note that there was no freezer. To get ice, go to the 8th floor bar terrace where they will graciously give you a bag (not a bucket) of ice, which you can store in the refrigerator for a bit.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due giorni e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Tutto è stato perfetto: struttura accogliente, cibo ottimo e personale gentile. Scam
Cons:

Upon check-in, they asked for a 100-euro deposit by card. Upon check-out, they took 46 euros from the deposit and said they'd returned 54 euros to the card. A week later, the money hadn't arrived and they said to wait 5-7 days. In the end, more than a month has passed, and the money still hasn't been returned. The hotel has stopped responding to support chat and won't provide a payment order for the refund. I consider this a scam.

Pros:

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren zum Glück klimatisiert und an sehr guter Lage. Es hat sehr viele Restaurants rund herum und der Bahnhof Termini ist fast daneben.

Tutto. In particolare l'aria condizionata!!! Il bagno pulito e attrezzato di ogni comfort. Letto comodo, personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Metterei l'aria condizionata anche all'ottavo piano, e' stato piacevole gustare un ottimo espresso ogni giorno dopo le cinque del pomeriggio e guardare il panorama, ma faceva molto caldo.
