Ótimo hotel em Roma, em uma localização razoável (necessário táxi ou transporte público)
Pros:

Estrutura do hotel é muito boa, prédios muito bem cuidados e conservados. Quarto muito confortável e chuveiro bom. O café da manhã era bem completo e com ótimos produtos e boa variedade.

Cons:

A localização não é tão central, é necessário utilizar táxi ou transporte público, que atende muito bem para ir ao centro nas principais atrações da cidade. Apesar de já saber disto no momento da reserva, é importante ressaltar este ponto.

Kolejny pobyt i pełne zadowolenie. Rzym napewno jest najpiękniejsza stolica w Europie.
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, niby codziennie prawie to samo, ale pod dostatkiem. Jadłam w Rzymie znacznie słabsze śniadania, wiec w tym hotelu jest większy wybór. Smaczna kawa. Wyjątkowo uprzejmy i pomocny personel hotelu.

Cons:

Może warto pomyśleć o możliwości wypicia kawy z mlekiem w barze w ogrodzie hotelowym. Odpowiedz ,ze nie mamy mleka ??? Ale ponadto wszystko dobrze.Polecam z rodzina wybór Hotelu The Cross.

Pros:

Ambiente muito agradável e silencioso. Próximo aos melhores eventos turísticos.

Cons:

A TV não possuía nenhuma programação com legenda em português, nem autonomia para acesso ao smart como Netflix, mesmo com wi fi no quarto.

Pros:

Staff molto cordiale all’arrivo hanno fornito tutte le informazioni
Ci hanno dato una camera più grande senza costi aggiuntivi e la camera era pronta prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in
L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione, una zona residenziale silenziosa a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana
A fianco all’hotel, c’è un giardino pubblico molto bello

Good breakfast, clean stay and close to city center
Pros:

Exceptional breakfast, 24/7 reception, 20min walk to coloseum or main train station. The staff was nice and the room was always exceptionally cleaned mid-stay.

Cons:

We were located right next to the hotel bar playing music till around 23:00. The windows are not blocking much sound.

Pros:

It was not too far from the Colosseum and other wonderful Rome attractions. Bedroom was clean and the staff were friendly. We arrived late and the desk reception helped with our bags.

Pros:

Posizione comoda al centro e vicina alla stazione metro, a 20 min a piedi dalla stazione Roma Termini.
La possibilità di fare aperitivo e mangiare qualcosa al volo è un valore aggiunto.
Staff cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
Un grazie speciale ad Alice (bar tender) che prepara ottimi cocktail e mi ha consigliato un posto carino per la cena.

More for holidaymaker than people who come to work.
Pros:

I liked the fact that it had a courtyard The location is within walking distance from Termini Station and close to my workplace. Breakfast was good though at -1 level.

Cons:

Noisy due to garden bar in the Court yard playing loud music and guests were oblivious of other guests staying there. Floors in the corridors in the annex not exactly spotless . The room was big but without kettle, only with bare necessities. May be the rooms in the main building are nicer?

Pros:

Il personale è sempre stato estremamente gentile, l'ho apprezzato molto. La colazione è stata ottima. La stanza (e in generale la struttura) erano sempre molto pulite.

Cons:

La richiesta di compilare un modulo con i propri dati bancari è stata strana, soprattutto senza alcun preavviso e senza indicazioni su come quei dati verranno trattati. Per fortuna poi non ci sono stati problemi.
Per quanto la colazione sia stata ottima, trovo assurdo che non vi sia dell'acqua naturale... Ho chiesto esplicitamente e "non è prevista". Eppure mi sembra una cosa così semplice da risolvere.
