Nice hotel with friendly staff, the AC in my room was just not keeping up with the heat.

Cons:

Pros:

Everything, have stayed there multiple times. Wonderful location, walkable to Roma termini, a metro stop close by, a lot of great food around. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a wonderful surprise :)

Cons:

The ac was hit or miss but did not deter from the greatness of the hotel.

Superb location , fabulous helpful staff
Pros:

Fabulous location, walkable from Termini in under 10 min with bags so great for cruise train or train from the airport. Also around the corner from Castro Pretoro metro 3 stops direct to colosseum. Very helpful staff who accommodated an early check in which was much appreciated . Spotless room with little balcony we sat out on & lovely facilities slippers etc. we have rebooked to stay again before we leave room after our cruise

Cons:

Nothing except the hallway could do with mats as the bare floors meant it was noisy when trying to sleep with people pulling bags to rooms but that was a very minor issue

Great Hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel about 2 weeks ago for a couple of days with my dad, and it was very nice. The location of the hotel is very good since it's very close to a lot of the old historical buildings I was looking forward to seeing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, they even allowed us to keep a spare card to keep the AC running while I was out sightseeing. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful, informing us about where to find any places, including nearby restaurants or convenience stores.

Lovely smaller hotel in the heart of Rome.
Pros:

Quarto triplo grande, cama confortável, café da manhã bom, localização perto da estação de trem e Termini.

Cons:

Não tem frigobar no quarto. O ar condicionado é central, portanto não conseguimos mudar a temperatura, que é regulada pelo hotel. A temperatura do chuveiro é difícil de acertar e é dentro de uma banheira.

Pros:

Great location. Just a straight shot down from the train station. Maybe 15 minutes max. Typical room size. Very nice bed and linens. Breakfast was fantastic. Breakfast staff was amazing.

Cons:

Our room had a small bathroom which made for an awkward and potentially unsafe entrance into the shower/bathtub. One has to climb over the high-walled tub only at the rear end of the tub where it's floor is slanted. Then you have to somehow close the glass door around your body while standing in this narrow tub. Very poor design. Surprised someone hasn't fallen.

Pros:

Molto pulita, dotata di ogni confort. Dispenserà d’acqua fresca a disposizione nella hall. Stanza molto ampia ero in una standard matrimoniale. Ciabattine a disposizione. Curato ogni minimo dettaglio. Personale molto disponibile, sono arrivata presto e non avevo ancora la stanza ma ho potuto lasciare il bagaglio nel loro deposito e poi lo staff me l’ha fatto trovare in camera
