Nous sommes restés 5 jours donc pour nous, c'était très bien.
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfaite pour nous étant donné que nous étions tout près de la gare de trains. Le personnel était très gentil et répondait à toutes nos questions. Concernant le déjeuner, très bon service et une belle variété de nourriture. Je recommande cet hôtel. Lynn

A lovely, comfortable stay in an excellent location, made even better by the wonderfully welcoming staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent, especially because the hotel was situated so close to the train station. This made travelling around the area extremely convenient and was particularly helpful for early departures and late returns, as we did not have to worry about long journeys, complicated transport arrangements or finding our way through unfamiliar areas. Being near the station also made it easy to explore nearby destinations and enjoy more of the surrounding area without spending too much time travelling.

The beds were extremely comfortable, which allowed us to relax properly and sleep well after busy days of exploring. The room provided a pleasant place to unwind, and having a comfortable bed made a significant difference to the overall quality of our stay. After spending the day sightseeing and travelling, it was lovely to return to the hotel and have a peaceful, comfortable night’s sleep.

The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. They always made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and they were happy to assist whenever we had questions or needed advice. Their warm and attentive service created a pleasant atmosphere and made our experience feel more personal and enjoyable.

A special mention must go to Kaycee, who was exceptionally kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Kaycee went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was always happy to chat with us each morning. These friendly conversations gave our mornings a lovely personal touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. Kaycee was warm, approachable and very knowledgeable, and we really appreciated how much time she took to speak with us and make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Kaycee also gave us a brilliant recommendation to visit Santa Marinella. This turned out to be a wonderful suggestion and added something special to our trip.

Cons:

The room had a slightly unusual shape, and the view from our window was not particularly appealing or great. The steps leading to the lift could also make access difficult for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Room Smart and well cleaned great location

Cons:

The reception staff weren't the friendliest in Rome… serious and curt… On the other hand, we went out for an evening stroll and when we returned to the hotel at 01:00 am (24-hour reception) we found the door locked and no one there… we had to knock several times.
